Rules of Play
Wallaceburg Adult Activity Centre
Wallaceburg Senior Citizens Club Inc.
1. All tickets will be sold only to people who are 18 years of age or older.
2. Tickets will be sold online using the electronic lottery system supplied by Rafflebox.
3. These Rules of Play are for four draws. The dates of the draws will be December 18, 2025, March 13, 2026, June 26, 2026, and September 24, 2026.
4. Ticket sales will open/close as follows:
1. Draw 1: Ticket sales will start October 15, 2025. Tickets sales will close at 3:30pm on December 18, 2025.
2. Draw 2: Ticket sales will start December 19, 2026. Ticket sales will close at 3:30pm on March 13, 2026
3. Draw 3: Ticket sales will start March 14, 2026. Ticket sales will close at 5:30pm on June 26, 2026
4. Draw 4: Ticket sales will start June 27, 2026. Ticket sales will close at 1:00pm on September 24, 2026
5. The lottery draws will occur in the Province of Ontario on the dates stated in Point 3 above. Draw times will be as follows:
a. December 18, 2025: 4:00pm
b. March 13, 2026: 4:00pm
c. June 26, 2026: 6:00pm
d. September 24, 2026: 1:30pm
6. Tickets are 3 for $5; 10 for $10; 30 for $20; 100 for $50. After purchase, patrons will be provided by the sellers a receipt with their 50/50 registered numbers from a Random Selection System. No specific numbers can be given as numbers are generated randomly.
7. The winning ticket number will be selected by a Random Number Generation (RNG) system from all lottery numbers sold for the draw.
8. The amount of the 50/50 will be determined based on the number and value of tickets purchased. Winner will receive 50% of ticket sales.
9. Draws 1-3 (Dec 18, 2025, March 13, 2026 & June 26, 2026) will be held at 205 James Street, Wallaceburg ON. The final draw (September 24, 2026) will be held at Oaks Retirement Village (80 McNaughton Ave, Wallaceburg, ON). The winning number will be updated in real-time on the lottery landing page and shortly thereafter on the WAAC social media pages.
10. The Wallaceburg Senior Citizens Club Inc. will contact the winner following each draw. To verify, the winner will be required to present either a) the copy of the winning ticket and valid photo identification, or b) verification of email used for ticket purchase and valid photo identification, should the winner be unable to produce their ticket.
11. The winner will be paid via cheque directly by the Wallaceburg Senior Citizens Club Inc. Every attempt will be made to contact the winner with any/all contact information provided at time of ticket purchase. If necessary, the Wallaceburg Senior Citizens Club Inc. will use additional resources to contact the winner.
12. Prizes which are not claimed must be secured or placed in safekeeping for a period of six (6) months from the date of the draw. If at the end of six (6) months the prize has still not been claimed, and with the approval of the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario, the prize or monies equivalent to the fair market value of the prize must be donated to the Wallaceburg Adult Activity Centre.
13. The following individuals are not eligible to participate in the 50/50 draws:
a. Residents outside of Ontario
b. Anyone under the age of 18
