1. Prizes are to be accepted as offered and as presented; there are no substitutes.
2. Prizes have no cash value unless otherwise stated.
3. Purchasers must be at least 19 years of age. Tickets cannot be purchased in the name of a minor.
4. Pursuant to the regulations governing this lottery under the Department of Digital Government and Service NL, tickets must be purchased within the province of Newfoundland and Labrador.
5. We, “Vera Perlin Charitable Foundation,” reserve the right to publish names, addresses, and photographs of all the winners and or ticket purchasers and retain the right to use such for any promotional purposes for an indefinite period.
6. All disputes will be settled by the “Vera Perlin Charitable Foundation,” and all decisions are final.
7. Our "Vera Perlin Charitable Foundation” liability is limited to the purchase price of the ticket only if, for any reason, the ticket stub is not included in the draw.
8. The winner will be contacted by phone and email. The winner has 60 days to claim their prize; a second draw from the same numbers will occur after 60 days if the prize goes unclaimed.
9. One (1) ticket is $5.00, five (3) for $10, or (8) for $20.
10. Ticket Sales will end on April 1, 2026, at 12:01 a.m. NST.
11. Tickets are to be drawn on April 1, 2026, at 3:00 p.m. at the Vera Perlin Society’s Perlin Centre.
12. Up to 100,000 tickets are available.
13. All ticket numbers will be emailed to ticket purchasers by the registered Electronic Raffle Supplier (ERS) Rafflebox. A physical ticket will not be mailed out for this draw.
14. Winners, by accepting the prizes, agree to release, indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Vera Perlin Charitable Foundation Inc. and its employees and agents and lottery sponsors, and media communications and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, or actions of any kind whatsoever related to this lottery the awarding or use of any prize awarded in this lottery and for injuries, death, or disability, as well as damages or losses to persons or property, including, without limitation, in connection with any travel to or from any lottery-related -activity.
