Veterans Memorial Medical Centre Society 50/50 Jackpot Rules
June 2025 – May 2026
1. Players must be individuals, reside in Canada, be 19 years or older, and use either MasterCard or VISA Credit or Debit card.
2. Tickets will be available online and sold at a rate of:
• 1 for $5;
• 3 for $10;
• 20 for $20;
• 100 for $50
3. The draw will take place on the last Thursday of each month. Ticket sales will begin on the Saturday after the Thursday draw date of each month and will end at midnight on the Wednesday of each month.
For example: For the June 2024 draw, sales will end at Midnight the last Wednesday of the month, and next month's draw (July) will begin Friday at 12:01am. The draw will take place on the last Thursday of the month. The winner will receive a cash prize equal to half the total gross revenue.
4. The winner will be determined by a random draw utilizing an AGD registered Charitable Lottery Equipment Supplier Random Number Generator (RNG). The winner will be contacted by phone and email. The winner has 90 days to claim their prize, a second draw from the same numbers will occur after 90 days if the prize goes unclaimed.
5. The draw will take place at the Royal Canadian Legion Nunavut Command, 61 Gloria McCluskey Avenue, Dartmouth, NS B3B 2C2 at 10 a.m. Draw results will be announced on our Facebook page and on our website, www.vmmcs.ca
6. By playing you consent to having your name, winning number and community published. The winner will have 90 days to collect their prize.
7. Members of the Board for the Veterans Memorial Medical Centre are not eligible to participate in the draws, but family members are permitted.
