Team Broken Earth – Nissan Car Lottery + 50/50

1. Lottery prizes:

• Car: 2026 Nissan Sentra SR (valued at $39,857)
  
  
• 50/50 Add-on: 50% of the published total jackpot amount and will be paid by cheque to the winner.

2. A ticket for the car lottery must be purchased in order to purchase a 50/50 ticket.

3. Lottery prize must be accepted as offered and as presented, there are no substitutes.

4. Purchasers must be at least 19 years of age. Tickets cannot be purchased in the name of a minor. Tickets must be purchased within the province of Newfoundland and Labrador.

5. Pursuant to the regulations governing this lottery under authority Department of Digital Government and Service NL, tickets must be purchased within the Province of Newfoundland and Labrador.

6. Team Broken Earth reserves the right to publish names, hometown, and / or photographs of the winner and or ticket purchasers and retain the right to use such for any, and all promotional purposes for an indefinite period.

7. All disputes will be settled by Team Broken Earth, all decisions are final.

8. Team Broken Earth liability is limited to the purchase price of the ticket only, if for any reason the ticket stub is not included in the draw. Team Broken Earth will make every reasonable effort to ensure that no tickets are excluded.

9. The winner will be contacted by phone and email. The winner must be physically in Newfoundland and Labrador to claim their Prize. The winner has 60 days to claim their prize, a second draw from the same numbers will occur after 60 days if the prize goes unclaimed.

11. Ticket Sales will conclude on December 29, 2026 at 11:59pm.

12. Draw will take place on December 30, 2026 at O’Neill Nissan, 900 Topsail Road, Mount Pearl, NL.

13. 200,000 tickets available for the Car Prize + 47,827 tickets available for the 50/50 add-on. All ticket numbers will be emailed to ticket purchasers by the registered Electronic Raffle Supplier (ERS) (Raffle Box). A physical ticket will not be mailed out. A hard copy ticket is available to those who request one by emailing admin@brokenearth.ca and it will be provided in a timely manner.
