Swan Valley Animal Protection League (SVAPL) is a volunteer-based organization dedicated to rescuing and rehoming stray and abandoned animals.  Our official mandate: SVAPL endeavours to protect, shelter and promote the adoption of homeless animals; to provide education about responsible pet ownership, and to reduce pet over-population through the promotion of spay/neutering, to the best of our abilities.

Fundraising is imperative to SVAPL and helps us care for the many animals which come into our care. Keeping our doors open relies on the support of our community, volunteers and animal lovers. With each 50/50 sold, you are supporting the ongoing daily costs of operating the shelter and caring for animals under SVAPL’s care and those still to come.
