1. Players must be located in Ontario at time of purchase, or be Ontario residents, and be 18 years or older, and use a major credit card, or Visa Debit.
2. Tickets will be available online and in venue and sold at a rate of:
• 2 FOR $10.00
• 5 FOR $20.00
• 20 FOR $50.00
• 50 FOR $100.00
3. There will be an unlimited number of tickets available for sale. When the sale time comes to an end, we close sales and draw the winner.
4. Draw #1 (Early Bird) will run from November 1, 2025 until end of day January 22, 2026, and the winner will be drawn on January 23, 2026 @ 11am
Draw #2 – 11 (Daily Draws) will be held each day of the event and the winner for each day’s draw will be drawn at 9pm each day.
Draw #12 (Super Draw) will run from the opening day of the event (January 23, 2026) until the final day (February 1, 2026) and the winner will be drawn February 1st at 9PM.
5. The winner for each draw will receive 50% of total sales for that particular draw. In addition, the following prizes will be awarded for the Super Draw (after the draw for the 505 prize):
• An autographed jersey donated by the 2026 Canadian Women’s Olympic curing team (Team Homan)
• A golf bag donated by Triple Bogey Brewery
• A curling broom donated by Goldline Curling
• A maple syrup gift package donated by Trillium Ridge Sugarworks
6. The winners will be determined by a random draw utilizing an AGCO registered Electronic Raffle Supplier (ERS) Random Number Generator (RNG).
7. The person(s) drawing the winning number must not hold a ticket for that draw. Volunteers and family members not involved in the draw are eligible to participate.
8. No refunds will be offered.
9. The winners will be paid by cheque or e-transfer in Canadian funds for 50/50 cash prizes.
10. If the winner is not at the venue and purchased tickets online, we will contact the winner with the contact information they provided online. The winner and the committee will arrange to pick up the prize at the Tam Heather Curling and Tennis Club, or we will arrange for a cheque to be mailed or e-transfer sent to the prize winner.
11. For ticket purchasers who purchase tickets via a point of sale device at the venue, it is the ticket purchaser’s responsibility to retain the printed ticket and check the winning number on the event 50/50 website.
12. In order to claim a winning 50/50 ticket purchased via a point of sale device at the venue while at the event venue, the winner must:
a. Proceed to the 50/50 table on the concourse.
b. Present a government-issued ID proving their age to be 18 or older
c. Completely fill out the 50/50 Prize Claim Form issued by a Scotties 50/50 staff member
13. In order to claim a winning 50/50 ticket purchased via a point of sale device at the venue after leaving the venue, the winner must:
a. Completely fill out the 50/50 Prize Claim Form found at
https://torontocurling.ca/scotties-tournament/
b. Email a scanned copy of the winning tocket, a scanned copy of the 50/50 Prize Claim Form, and a scanned copy of government-issued ID proving their age to be 18 or older to general@torontocurling.com
14. For winning tickets purchased at the venue, the winning amount will be sent via cheque to the address shown on the 50/50 Prize Claim Form (amounts under $10,000 may be sent by e-transfer).
15. Winning ticket holders have 6 months in which to claim their prize from the date of the draw their ticket was purchased for. In the event that no winner comes forward, the winning number will be kept for 6 months or until the winner is found. After that time period has elapsed the prize will be donated to a charity with the approval of the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO)
