MEDICINE HAT ALBERTA GAMES SOCIETY RAFFLE RULES

1. Ticket purchasers must be 18 years of age or older, and the name of a minor must not be written on the ticket. If it is determined prior to the draw that a ticket has been issued to a minor, the ticket is deemed void and the purchaser refunded.

2. Tickets will be available online and sold at a rate of:

• 1 for $10 – 49 units available

• 3 for $15 – 250 units available

• 10 for $25 – 430 units available

• 30 for $50 – 700 units available

• 100 for $100 – 500 units available

The total number of tickets available for sale with this licence is 76,099 tickets.

3. Ticket sales are only available online by use of a major credit card, Visa Debit or MasterCard Debit at Raffle URL and will end on July 30, 2026 at 11:59PM with the draw taking place at Co-op Place (2802 Box Springs Way NW, Medicine Hat, AB T1C 0H3) on July 31, 2026. This draw is open to the public.

4. The winner will receive a cash prize of 50% of ticket sales up to a maximum of $49,995.

5. All ticket numbers will be emailed to ticket purchasers by the registered Electronic Raffle Supplier (ERS) (Rafflebox). Ticket Purchasers may not transfer their tickets to anyone else prior to claiming the prize.

6. The winner will be determined by a random draw utilizing an Alberta Gaming Liquor Commission (AGLC) registered Electronic Raffle Supplier (ERS) Random Number Generator (RNG).

7. The winners will be contacted by phone and/or email. If the prize remains unclaimed after 90 days, the prize will be donated to a charitable beneficiary subject to AGLC approval.

8. Draw results will appear on Raffle URL under the "Winners" tab found on the main raffle page after the draw date.

9. By playing you consent to having your name and winning numbers published.

10. There are no refunds except if it is determined the name of a minor has been written on the ticket.

11. In the event of a power failure the draw will take place immediately upon restoration of power.

13. Tickets may not be purchased by anyone under the age of 18, the person conducting the raffle, raffle ticket managers and ERS administrators.

14. If a winning ticket has more than one name affiliated with it, Medicine Hat Alberta Games Society shall award the prize to only one of the individuals identified on the ticket. Medicine Hat Alberta Games Society and the AGLC are not responsible for any disputes which may arise between the different individuals whose names appear on the ticket stub.
