Southern Frontenac Community Services & Revell Ford Charity Raffle – Official Terms and Conditions
A. License Holder and Administration
This raffle (the “Raffle”) is conducted and administered by Southern Frontenac Community Services (the “License Holder”), a registered charitable organization, pursuant to a raffle lottery license issued by the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (“AGCO”).
The License Holder is solely responsible for the conduct, management, and operation of the Raffle in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations, including those set out by the AGCO and applicable municipal authorities.
Revell Ford is acting as a promotional partner and prize sponsor. Revell Ford is responsible for providing prizes and supporting marketing and promotion of the Raffle but is not responsible for the administration or operation of the Raffle.
The official raffle license number will be published where required.
B. Raffle Period
The Raffle will begin on June 1, 2026 at 9:00am Eastern Time (ET) and will close on September 1, 2026 at 3:00pm Eastern Time (ET).
All ticket purchases must be completed within this period. Tickets purchased after the closing time will be void.
C. Eligibility
The Raffle is open to individuals who:
1. Are residents of the Province of Ontario; and
2. Are 18 years of age or older at the time of ticket purchase.
Employees, directors and officers of the License Holder or Revell Ford, as well as those directly involved in the conduct and management of the Raffle, are not eligible to win.
The License Holder reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time.
D. Agreement to the Rules
By purchasing a ticket, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and by all decisions of the License Holder, which are final and binding.
E. Ticket Sales and Entry
Tickets will be sold online through an authorized platform approved by the License Holder.
Ticket pricing is as follows:
• 1 ticket for $10 CAD
• 3 tickets for $25 CAD
• 10 tickets for $75 CAD
Each ticket purchased represents one (1) entry into the Raffle.
Ticket purchasers will receive confirmation of their purchase along with their assigned ticket number(s). It is the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure their contact information is accurate and up to date. All ticket sales are final. No refunds will be issued, except as required by law.
The License Holder reserves the right to:
Refuse or cancel any ticket purchase;
Limit the number of tickets purchased by any individual;
Close ticket sales early if required by licensing conditions.
F. Use of Proceeds
100% of net proceeds from the Raffle will be used by Southern Frontenac Community Services in support of its charitable programs and services within the community.
G. Prizes
The following prizes are available:
Prize Draw 1
Ford Bronco e-Bike (Oxford White) Universal Size - valued at $5,126.90 CAD
Prize Draw 2
Ford Mustang e-Bike (Atlas Blue Metallic) Size Medium – valued at $4,602.68 CAD
2 draws total for 1 prize of one (1) Ford-branded electronic bicycles (1 awarded per draw), Must be accepted as awarded and cannot be exchanged, transferred, or redeemed for cash; , Must be claimed and picked up at Revell Ford, unless otherwise arranged by the Sponsor; Must be claimed within thirty (30) days of notification, unless otherwise specified; Is subject to product availability; in the event a model is unavailable, the Sponsor reserves the right to substitute with a model of equal or greater value; Includes only the items expressly listed and does not include accessories, helmet, upgrades, insurance, registration, or additional equipment unless otherwise stated; The winner is responsible for any costs associated with the use of the prize, including but not limited to maintenance, insurance, safety equipment, and transportation; The winner acknowledges that use of the e-bikes involves inherent risks and agrees to use the prize in a safe and lawful manner; The Sponsor and License Holder make no representations or warranties regarding the prize and are not responsible for the manufacturer’s performance; any manufacturer warranties, if applicable, are the sole responsibility of the manufacturer. The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of equal or greater value if required.
Prize Draw 3
A new set of tires, with a maximum retail value of $1800.00 CAD
Consists of four (4) tires; winter or seasonal (rims not included unless otherwise specified); Must be redeemed through Revell Ford; Has no cash value and cannot be exchanged, transferred, or substituted; Must be accepted as awarded; Is subject to availability based on vehicle make, model, and tire size; Must be redeemed within six (6) months of the date of award, unless otherwise specified; Includes standard passenger vehicle tires only; certain vehicles (including but not limited to commercial vehicles, performance vehicles, oversized tires, or specialty applications) may be excluded or subject to additional costs; Covers tires up to a maximum retail value of $1800.00 CAD (before taxes); any amount exceeding this value is the sole responsibility of the winner; Does not include installation, mounting, balancing, valve stems, tire disposal fees, TPMS service, or applicable taxes, unless otherwise stated; Any upgrades or changes requested by the winner beyond the standard offering are at the winner’s expense. The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of equal or greater value if necessary.
Prize Draw 4
A vehicle ‘works’ package that includes: oil and filter change, tire rotation, 83-point detailed inspection, checking of belts & hoses, top-up windshield washer fluid, vehicle report card, vehicle cleaning and detailing & wash & wax service. With a total approximate retail value of $500.00 CAD
Must be redeemed at Revell Ford; Has no cash value and cannot be exchanged, transferred, or substituted; Must be accepted as awarded; Is valid for one (1) vehicle only; Is subject to standard service scheduling availability; Must be redeemed within twelve (12) months of the date of award, unless otherwise specified by the Sponsor; Applies to most passenger vehicles; however, certain vehicle types (including but not limited to commercial vehicles, modified vehicles, or vehicles requiring specialty parts or services) may be excluded or subject to additional charges; Does not include repairs, replacement parts, or any additional services not specifically listed; Any additional services, upgrades, or required work identified during inspection are the sole responsibility of the winner. The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of equal or greater value if required.
Prize values are approximate and based on retail pricing at the time of printing.
H. Draw Details
The draw will take place on or about September 1st 2026, at a Revell Motor Sales Ltd Dealership (6715 Hwy 38, Verona, K0H 2W0) OR Southern Frontenac Community Services Office (4295 Stagecoach Rd, Sydenham, ON K0H 2T0)
The draw will be conducted in a manner that ensures fairness and randomness, from all eligible tickets sold during the Raffle Period.
4 sequential draws for the prizes outlined. The winners will be determined by a random draw utilizing an AGCO registered Electronic Raffle Supplier (ERS) Random Number Generator (RNG). The winners shall be announced to all participants via electronic notification and will be published on SFCSC’s Facebook social media site at https://www.facebook.com/SouthernFrontenacCommunityServicesCorporation as well as Revell Ford website and or social media: www.revellford.com & www.facebook.com/RevellFord
I. Elimination of Winners
Winning entries from previous draws will not be entered into future draws.
J. Odds of Winning
The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible tickets sold. There is a maximum of 5,000 tickets available to be purchased.
K. Winner Selection and Notification
Selected entrants will be notified using the contact information provided at the time of purchase.
If a selected entrant:
Cannot be contacted within five (5) business days; does not meet eligibility requirements; or fails to comply with these Terms and Conditions they may be disqualified and another entrant may be selected.
The organization is not responsible for difficulties arising in contacting the winners due to the winner entering erroneous contact information at the time of purchase. If a person believes they are a winner and haven't been contacted by organization staff, please email info@sfcsc.ca or call 613-376-6477.
L. Prize Claim
Winners may be required to provide valid government-issued identification; sign a declaration of eligibility and a liability/publicity release.
The organization will make every reasonable effort to contact the winner in accordance to AGCO's rules and regulations.
Any prizes which are not claimed must be secured or placed in safekeeping for a period of six (6) months from the date of the draw. If at the end of six (6) months the prize has still not been claimed, the prize or monies equivalent to the fair market value of the prize must be donated to a beneficiary approved by the licensing authority.
M. Publicity
By accepting a prize, winners consent to the use of their name, city of residence, image, and/or likeness for promotional purposes by the License Holder and Revell Ford without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
N. Limitation of Liability
By participating, entrants release and hold harmless Southern Frontenac Community Services, Revell Ford, and their respective affiliates, directors, officers, employees and agents from any liability arising from:
- Participation in the Raffle;
- Acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize;
- Any technical or administrative issues.
O. Technical Issues
The License Holder is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries; technical failures of any kind; unauthorized interference with the raffle.
If the integrity of the Raffle is compromised, the License Holder reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Raffle in accordance with applicable laws.
P. Disqualification
The License Holder reserves the right to disqualify any individual who:
Violates these Terms and Conditions;
Attempts to tamper with the entry process;
Engages in fraudulent or inappropriate conduct.
Q. Privacy
Personal information collected will be used solely for the administration of the Raffle and in accordance with applicable privacy legislation.
R. Governing Law
This Raffle is governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
S. Severability
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
