By purchasing a ticket, the purchaser acknowledges that they have read, understood and agreed to these Rules of Play. Any inquiries regarding the conduct, prizing and procedures of the lottery are to be made to St. Clair District Catholic Education Foundation (the “Foundation”) prior to purchasing a ticket.
1. The lottery is open to the public and subject to Provincial Laws and Regulations.
2. The lottery will take place online during the following dates:
April 8, 2026 at 9:00am – May 29, 2026 at 11:00 am. Draw to be held May 29, 2026 at 12:00 pm.
3. Tickets purchasers must be 18 years of age or older and in the province of Ontario at the time of purchase.
4. Ticket prices: 10 for $10, 30 for $20, 150 for $50, 500 for $100
5. Tickets will be sold online at www.st-clair.net using an electronic raffle system supplied by Rafflebox.
6. Ticket purchasers will receive a confirmation email with their ticket numbers randomly assigned by the Rafflebox online system.
7. The winning ticket will be selected by a random number generator supplied by Rafflebox.
8. The total amount raised through ticket sales will be visible at www.st-clair.net. The winner will receive fifty (50) percent of total ticket sales (less early bird prize if applicable) at the time of the draw.
9. The draws will be conducted at St. Clair Catholic District Education Foundation, 420 Creek Street, Wallaceburg, Ontario, N8A 4C4.
10. All participants will have their first name and purchase amount published on the website.
11. The winner of each draw will be announced at www.st-clair.net, and notified by a Foundation staff member.
12. By purchasing a ticket, the winner agrees to have their name, photo, ticket number and jackpot prize shared at www.st-clair.net, on social media, in Foundation publications and in any other media deemed appropriate by the Foundation.
13. Prizes will be awarded to the name provided during ticket purchase.
14. The winner will be paid by Electronic Funds Transfer once their identification can be verified by acceptable photo ID and the original copy of the winning ticket has been provided.
15. Purchaser information provided at time of purchase may be shared with the licensing authority.
16. The liability of the Foundation shall be limited to the ticket purchase price. Each prize winner agrees to sign a waiver in a form acceptable to the Foundation before their prize is awarded.
17. Unclaimed prizes will be secured for a period of six (6) months from each draw date. Reasonable efforts will be made to contact the winner, including by using the contact information provided during ticket purchase.
18. If the winner cannot be reached after six (6) months, any unclaimed prize will be donated to a charity with the approval of the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario and as permitted by the charter and by-laws of the Foundation.
19. The following people are NOT eligible to purchase tickets: Foundation staff, the Chair and Vice Chair of the Foundation Board.
