I. TICKET DETAILS:

● In the event of a power failure, the draw will take place immediately upon
restoration of power.

● Ultimate Golf Package - including 36 rounds of golf, $500 hotel voucher
and miscellaneous swag
e) In the event of a request for a refund:
● There will be no refunds issued should a purchaser request a refund for
ticket(s) purchased.
II. METHOD
● Only 1 draw where the winner will receive the grand prize of the Ultimate Golf
Package. The winner will be determined by a random draw utilizing the AGLC
registered Electronic Raffle Supplier (ERS) Random Number Generator (RNG). The
winner shall be announced to all participants via electronic notification.
● In the event there is more than one name on the winning ticket the prize will be
awarded to only one of the individuals named on the ticket stub. Neither the Saving
Grace Animal Rescue Society nor the AGLC is responsible for any disputes among
the individuals whose names are written on the ticket stub.
III. ELIMINATION OF WINNERS
● There is only one drawing to be conducted, no subsequent draw after that, therefore
no elimination of winners required.
IV. AGE LIMIT
● Must be 18 years of age or older to participate.
V. CONDITIONS & ELIGIBILITY
● Participants must be located within the province of Alberta. The following
individuals are not eligible to participate in the raffle: all employees of the
organization associated with the management and execution of the raffle, and all of
the organization’s board members.
VI. ANY OTHER RESTRICTIONS TO THE WINNING PRIZE
● The organization is not responsible for difficulties arising in contacting the winner
due to the winner entering erroneous contact information at the time of purchase. If a
person believes they are a winner and haven’t been contacted by organization staff,

VII. CONDITIONS FOR UNCLAIMED PRIZES
● Winners have 90 days to claim the prize upon notification and proof of ticket
purchase.
● In the event a winner cannot be contacted within the 90 claim time frame Saving
Grace Animal Society will petition AGLC to donate the prize back to the Society.
VIII. PURCHASING TICKETS
● Tickets can only be purchased online.
● A request for draw date extension will be requested if 6400 (half number of total
tickets available) are not sold by 1 week prior to draw date or request to cancel draw
will be requested if 3200 ( ¼ total number of available tickets) are not sold by 1 week
prior to draw date.
● In the event a purchaser requests to cancel a raffle ticket and receive a refund, they
will be requested to read the rules. As it states no refunds will be issued.
