Red Deer Polytechnic Alumni Association Raffle Rules:
1. Ticket purchasers must reside in Alberta, be 18 years or older, and use a major credit card, Visa Debit or MasterCard Debit. Credit cards used for payment must have an Alberta address.
2. Tickets will be available online and sold at a rate of:
- 1 for $5 - 500 tickets available
- 3 for $10 - 900 ticket packages available
- 10 for $20 - 425 ticket packages available
3. Ticket sales will end on March 10, 2026 at 11:59 PM with the draw taking place online March 11, 2026 at 12:00 PM.
4. The prize will be awarded to the first ticket drawn.
5. Tickets will be sold online. All ticket numbers will be emailed to ticket purchasers by the registered Electronic Raffle Supplier (ERS) (Rafflebox). A physical ticket will not be mailed out for tickets purchased online.
6. The winner will be determined by a random draw utilizing an Alberta Gaming Liquor Commission (AGLC) registered Electronic Raffle Supplier (ERS) Random Number Generator (RNG).
7. In the event of a power outage or technical difficulty, the draw will be conducted the day following the scheduled draw date.
8. The winner will be contacted by phone and email (if email is provided). The winning ticket number will be posted on www.rafflebox.ca/raffle/rdp-dance-5050. Winner will have 90 days to claim their prize. Prizes which remain unclaimed after 90 days will be retained by the Red Deer College Alumni Association as raffle proceeds to be used in accordance with the AGLC-approved Use of Proceeds.
9. By playing you consent to having your name and winning numbers published.
10. Ticket purchasers cannot supply the name of anyone under the age of 18 in their ticket purchase transaction due to requirement of the Public Trustee Act.
11. Ticket purchasers cannot provide more than one name in the ticket purchase transaction. If more than one name is present on a drawn ticket, the prize will only be awarded to one of the names.
12. There are no ticket purchasing restrictions related to affiliation to RDP. Ticket purchasers who meet all other eligibility requirements are eligible to participate despite affiliation with RDP. Including employees, volunteers, athletes, students, their families and other.
13. All Raffle ticket purchases are final. No refunds.
