For 30 years, RAPS has been helping animals and their people in BC. We operate the RAPS Cat Sanctuary – Canada’s largest! – an Adoption and Education Center, a fostering network, a chain for social enterprise thrift stores and the community-owned, nonprofit RAPS Animal Hospital.

We are a no-kill animal-serving organization. Under our care, no animal is ever euthanized due to lack of space, treatable illness, physical defect, age, behavioural or socialization issues.

The RAPS Cat Sanctuary is a flagship of the organization, home to hundreds of cats mostly unadoptable cats who might have faced euthanasia in other jurisdictions.

The Sanctuary provides a safe, forever home to feral, abandoned and surrendered cats, most of whom are unlikely to find a family home. The Sanctuary is at the heart of RAPS’ no-kill promise.

RAPS helps communities in BC control feral cat populations and we are one of the few facilities that welcomes animals with leukemia and FIV (“feline AIDS”). Cats with special needs receive the care they require and are enveloped in lifelong love and care.

The RAPS Cat Sanctuary provides people with disabilities, seniors, people living alone and the general public the opportunity to visit and interact the cats of the sanctuary, which provides them unconditional love and is highly therapeutic.

PRIZE RAFFLE RULES:

1. Players must reside in British Columbia or be in the province at time of purchase, be 19 years or older, and use a major credit card, Visa Debit or MasterCard Debit. Know Your Limit. Play Within It.

2. Tickets will be available online and sold at a rate of:

• D - 500 for $100.00 (Limit 1,250,000 tickets)

• C - 100 for $50.00 (Limit 250,000 tickets)

• B - 25 for $20.00 (Limit 50,000 tickets)

• A - 10 for $10.00 (Limit 25,000 tickets)

Odds of Winning: Chances are 4 (total number of prizes) in 1,575,000 (total tickets for sale) to win a prize. Actual odds depend on number of tickets sold.

3. Draw is April 2, 2026 at 2:00:00 PM PST

4. The winners will receive the prizes drawn for their ticket.

5. All ticket numbers will be emailed to ticket purchasers by the registered Electronic Raffle Supplier (ERS) (Rafflebox).

6. The winners will be determined by a random draw utilizing a registered Electronic Raffle Supplier (ERS) Random Number Generator (RNG).

7. The winners will be contacted by phone and email. The winners have 14 days to claim their prize(s), a second draw from the same numbers will occur after 14 days if a prize goes unclaimed.

8. Draw results will appear under the "Winners" tab found on the main raffle page.

9. By playing you consent to having your name and winning numbers published.

10. Winner of 1st Place (Grand Prize) consents to being filmed and photographed receiving the prize for RAPS purposes and the TV Show “Pets & Pickers”, and be included in social media, including but not limited to RAPS, Applewood and affiliated accounts.

11. Winner of 1st Place (Grand Prize) must pick-up the prize from Applewood Nissan Infiniti Richmond, 13220 Smallwood Place, Richmond, BC V6V 1W8. In the event that the exact vehicle may not be awarded, the winner will be awarded a vehicle with similar market value. Value: MSRP: $48,000 + taxes. Priced in Canadian Dollars. Plus fees & taxes.
