COMPLETE RULES OF PLAY

1. Players purchasing raffle tickets must be 19 years of age or older. They must use a major credit card, Visa Debit or MasterCard Debit for online purchases. In-person purchases can be made with any of the above, cash or cheque.

2. Members of the board of the Foundation, immediate family and people involved in the conduct and management of the raffle are allowed to purchase tickets.

3. Tickets will be available online or purchased in-person and sold at a rate of:

Tickets purchased in-person will be entered into the Rafflebox database and emailed to the purchaser.

4. 1500 tickets will be available for sale.

5. Ticket sales will end December 5, 2026 at 2:00 pm with the draw taking place Saturday, December 5, 2026 at 2 pm, at Watson Town Office, 300 Main Street, Watson SK S0K 4V0.

6. The winner will receive a beautiful handmade quilt conservatively valued at $2000.

7. All ticket numbers will be emailed to ticket purchasers by the registered Electronic Raffle Supplier (ERS) (Rafflebox). A physical ticket will not be mailed out for this draw.

8. The winner will be determined by a random draw using a registered Electronic Raffle Supplier (ERS) Random Number Generator (RNG).

9. The winner will be contacted by phone and email. The winner has 30 days to claim their prize; a second draw from the same numbers will occur after 30 days if the prize goes unclaimed. The winners will be notified of the claim date cutoff, and how to receive their prize.
