PJHL Schmalz Cup Ultimate 50/50 RAFFLE RULES

1. The raffle is open to Ontario residence 18 years of age or older.

2. Tickets will be available online and sold at a rate of:

• 1 ticket for $5

• 10 tickets for $10

• 80 tickets for $25

• 250 tickets for $50

• 550 tickets for $100

3. Payment can be made using a major credit card, or a Visa or MasterCard Debit.

4. Ticket sales will end on Friday, May 15th at 12:00 noon with the draw taking place online on Friday, May 15th at 1:00 p.m.. The winning ticket number will be published online on Facebook, Instagram and the PJHL website.

5. The winner will receive a cash prize of 50% of ticket sales.

6. All ticket numbers will be emailed to ticket purchasers by the registered Electronic Raffle Supplier (ERS) (Rafflebox). A physical ticket will not be mailed out for this

7. The winner will be determined by a random draw using a registered Electronic Raffle Supplier (ERS) Random Number Generator (RNG).

8. The winner will be contacted by phone and email. The winner has six (6) months from the date of the draw to claim their prize. If at the end of six (6) months the prize has still not been claimed, the prize money will be donated to a beneficiary approved by the licensing authority.

9. By playing you consent to having your name and winning numbers published.
