“The RIDEPEI Connector 50/50 Draw”

The RidePEI Connector 50/50 Draw is a province-wide fundraising initiative supporting the PEI ATV Federation and its 10 member clubs. Funds raised through this monthly draw will help build, maintain, and connect Prince Edward Island's growing trail network while supporting rider safety, environmental stewardship, tourism, and community development.
Our vision is simple: Connect Prince Edward Island from Tip-to-Tip through a sustainable, world-class trail network that benefits residents, visitors, communities, and future generations.

Official Rules
(a)
The RidePEI Connector 50/50 electronic Draw will be held on the Tuesday June 30th at 8:00 PM at the PEI ATV Federation Office, 585 Clark Rd, Tignish, PEI, C0B 2B0.
(b)
Players must be residents of Prince Edward Island and at least 19 years of age to purchase tickets.
(c)
The draw will take place using a series of numbered electronic tickets generated through the Rafflebox platform. The winning ticket number will be selected through a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) in accordance with Rafflebox procedures and Provincial licensing requirements.
(d)
There are no restrictions regarding the purchase of tickets by members of the PEI ATV Federation, member clubs, sponsors, volunteers, directors, officers, employees, or their immediate family members, provided they meet all eligibility requirements.
(e)
There is no minimum number of tickets required to be sold for the draw to proceed.
(f)
Only one (1) winning ticket number will be selected for each monthly draw.
(g)
The winning prize will be a cash prize equal to fifty percent (50%) of the gross ticket sales for the applicable draw period.
(h)
If the winner cannot be contacted within ninety (90) days and all reasonable attempts to locate the winner have failed, a new winning ticket number will be drawn.
(i)
Ticket purchasers will have the opportunity to select one of its member clubs to support through their ticket purchase. Proceeds remaining after the winner's prize and applicable fees will be distributed in accordance with the RidePEI Connector revenue-sharing model approved by the PEI ATV Federation Board of Directors.
(j)
Net proceeds from the RidePEI Connector 50/50 Draw will be used to support:
• Tip-to-Tip Trail development and connectivity projects
• Trail maintenance and infrastructure improvements
• Signage and wayfinding
• Rider safety and education initiatives
• Environmental stewardship and sustainable trail management
• Equipment purchases and trail enhancement projects
• Community and tourism development initiatives related to managed trail systems

The RidePEI Connector 50/50 Draw is conducted under the authority of a valid Lottery Licence issued by the Province of Prince Edward Island and is subject to all applicable provincial laws and regulations.
(l)
By purchasing a ticket, participants agree to abide by these rules and any additional conditions established by the PEI ATV Federation and the Province of Prince Edward Island.
