Rules of Play – July 2026 Weekly 50/50 Raffle
These Rules of Play are intended to comply with the requirements of the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO) and applicable municipal licensing policies for electronic 50/50 raffles conducted in Ontario.
1. Sponsor
The raffle is conducted by the Perth & District Agricultural Society (the “Licensee”).
2. Eligibility
Participants must be eighteen (18) years of age or older.
Tickets may only be purchased and sold within the Province of Ontario.
Employees, members, officers, directors, and persons directly involved in the conduct and management of the raffle are not eligible to purchase tickets, in accordance with AGCO policies where applicable.
By purchasing a ticket, the purchaser confirms they meet all eligibility requirements.
3. Ticket Sales
Tickets will be sold electronically:
Online through the Perth Fair website and official Facebook page using the electronic raffle platform provided by Rafflebox
In person at the Perth Fair Grounds using AGCO-approved handheld electronic devices operated by
authorized volunteers.

All sales are final. No refunds will be issued.
4. Raffle Schedule
Initial Ticket Sales Opening
Ticket sales for the first weekly draw will open on: Friday, July 3, 2026 at 6:00 a.m. (ET)
Weekly Draw Schedule
Weekly draws will occur every Thursday in July 2026 following the conclusion of bingo activities at
the Perth Fair Office.
For each weekly draw:
Ticket sales close at 8:15 p.m. (ET) every Thursday
The draw will take place at approximately 9:00 p.m. (ET)
Sales for the following week’s draw will reopen each Friday at 6:00 a.m. (ET)

The Licensee reserves the right to adjust the draw time in the event of unforeseen circumstances, provided all AGCO requirements are maintained.
5. Prize Structure
Each weekly winner will receive fifty percent (50%) of the total gross sales for that weekly draw.
The maximum prize shall not exceed 50% of Proceeds.
The remaining proceeds will support the charitable and community programs of the Perth & District
Agricultural Society.
Prizes will be paid by cheque in Canadian funds.
6. Draw Procedure
Winning ticket numbers will be selected using a registered Electronic Raffle System (ERS) Random Number Generator (RNG) approved for use in Ontario.
The draw will be conducted under the supervision of designated members or volunteers of the
Licensee.
One (1) winning ticket will be selected for each weekly draw.
7. Winner Notification and Prize Claim
Winners will be notified using the contact information provided at the time of ticket purchase.
Winning numbers may also be posted on the Perth Fair website and official social media channels.
Winners must claim their prize within thirty (6) Months of the draw date. To claim a prize, the winner must:
present the winning ticket number or electronic receipt;
provide valid government-issued photo identification confirming age and identity; and complete any required prize claim documentation.
If at the end of six (6) months the prize has still not been claimed, the prize or monies equivalent
to the fair market value of the prize will be donated to a beneficiary approved by the licensing authority in accordance with AGCO requirements.
8. Privacy and Publicity
By purchasing a ticket, participants consent to the use of their name, city/town of residence, photograph, and likeness by the Perth & District Agricultural Society for publicity and promotional purposes related to the raffle, without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
Personal information collected will only be used for the administration of the raffle in accordance with applicable privacy legislation.
9. General Conditions
The raffle is subject to all applicable federal, provincial, and municipal laws and regulations. The decisions of the Licensee regarding all aspects of the raffle are final.
Tickets that are illegible, altered, counterfeit, duplicated, defective, or generated in error are void.
The Licensee is not responsible for lost, delayed, damaged, or incomplete ticket transactions due to technical or human error.
The conduct and management of this raffle shall follow the policies and requirements established by the AGCO and the licensing municipality.
