Nova Scotia SPCA is excited to announce the launch of our Weekly 50/50 Lottery!

There will be a lucky winner every Thursday at 10AM!

Proudly following open-admission and no-kill principles, the Nova Scotia SPCA is a registered Charity that helps companion animals in need. Every year, more than 16,000 pets are helped through animal rescue, progressive programs, and rehoming opportunities.

Some pets were abandoned, injured, homeless or abused... but they all deserve a second chance.

We work one-on-one with them to rebuild their trust, fully vet them so they are safe and healthy, and give them around-the-clock care until they find their forever family.

Nova Scotia SPCA 2025-26 Weekly Lottery House Rules

The Nova Scotia SPCA is excited to announce the launch of our weekly online 50/50 raffle.

*Lotto tickets are not eligible for a charitable tax receipt, but your kind added-on donations are. Thank you!

1) Players of this lottery must reside in Nova Scotia, be 19 years of age or older, and must use a major credit card or Visa debit card to purchase. Credit cards used for payment must have a Nova Scotia address.

2) Tickets will be available for sale online only at https://www.rafflebox.ca/raffle/nsspca and will be sold at a rate of – 1 for $5; 3 for $10; 20 for $20; 100 for $50

3) Ticket sales will end each Wednesday at midnight. Draws will take place weekly on Thursdays at 10AM at the Nova Scotia SPCA Provincial Office, 7 Scarfe Crt, Dartmouth, NS. Winner details will be posted after the draw at www.facebook.com/novascotiaspca

4) Every week, one winner will receive a cash prize equal to half the total gross revenue for the previous week.

5) The draw will take place using the approved & certified Rafflebox Random Number Generator (RNG).The winner will be contacted by phone or email. The winner has 90 days to claim their prize. A second draw from the same numbers will occur after 90 days if the draw goes unclaimed.

6) Draw results will be posted on Facebook every Thursday at www.facebook.com/novascotiaspca. Draw results will also be emailed to players.

7) By purchasing a ticket, purchaser agrees to allow the Nova Scotia SPCA to use purchaser’s name and image without compensation for any promotional activity related to this or any future raffle.

SPCA Leadership Staff and employees directly involved in the administration and marketing of this lottery and members of the Board of Directors or any member of their household cannot participate.

All raffle proceeds will support the Nova Scotia SPCA's mission, programs, and services.
