(a) The draws will be held the last day of the month starting October 31, 2024, ending September 30, 2025 at 12:00pm at Ocean View Continuing Care Centre, 1909 Caldwell Road, Eastern Passage, NS, B3G 1M4. The lottery is licensed to Ocean View Continuing Care Centre.

(b) Players must be an individual, a resident of Nova Scotia and at least 19 years of age to purchase. A Nova Scotia drivers license or ID card must be used to determine residency. Only one name is to be entered on a lottery ticket, and only one person is to win the prize.

(c) The draw will take place using the approved & certified Rafflebox Random Number Generator (RNG).

(d) There are no restrictions regarding the purchase of tickets by members of any sponsoring organization, staff, residents, volunteers or their families.

(e) There is no minimum number of tickets that must be sold.

(f) The jackpot winning prize will be a cash prize equal to 50% of the gross sales.

(g) If the winner cannot be located after 90 days and all attempts to locate have failed, then another winner will be drawn at that time in a second draw.

(h) Following the payment of the 50% cash prize, the licensee (Ocean View Continuing Care Centre) will award a $1000 bonus to the Nursing Home/ Non-Profit/ Foundation chosen by the winner “in support of” for that draw. The remaining net will be split between all participating Nursing Home/ Non-Profit/ Foundations.
