Online 50/50 Raffle

 

(a)  The draws will be held Wednesday at 3:00 PM at the Northside/Harbourview Hospital Foundation’s Office, Northside General, 520 Purves Street, North Sydney, NS, B2A 1E3.  Observers must be on site and registered prior to 2:45 PM to attend.

 

(b) Players must be individuals, reside in Nova Scotia and be 19 years or older, purchases must be made with a major credit card or Visa Debit. Credit cards used for payment must have a Nova Scotia address.

 

(c) The winner will be determined by a random draw utilizing an AGD registered Charitable Lottery Equipment Supplier Random Number Generator (RNG). 

Draw results will be announced on Facebook, as well as email to our players and participating organizations.

  

(d) Staff of the Hospital Foundation and any family who reside at the same address are not eligible to participate in the draw. Volunteers are welcome to participate.

 

(e) There is no minimum number of tickets that must be sold.

 

(f) Only 1 winning ticket number will be produced.

 

(g) The winning prize will be a cash prize equal to 50% of the gross sales.

 

(h) The winner will be contacted by phone and email. The winner has 90 days to claim their prize, a second draw from the same numbers will occur after 90 days if the prize goes unclaimed. If the winner cannot be located after 90 days and all attempts to locate have failed, then another winner will be drawn at that time in a second draw.

 

(i) By playing you consent to having your name, community and winning number published.
