Rules and Conditions
1. Prizes are to be accepted as offered and as presented, there are no substitutes.
2. Prizes have no cash value unless otherwise stated.
3. Purchasers must be at least 19 years of age. Tickets cannot be purchased in the name of a minor.
4. Pursuant to the regulations governing this lottery under the Department of Digital Government and Service NL, tickets must be purchased within the province of Newfoundland and Labrador.
5. We “Newtown Elementary” reserve the right to publish names, addresses, and photographs of all the winners and or ticket purchasers and retain the right to use such for any, and all promotional purposes for an indefinite period.
6. All disputes will be settled by “Newtown Elementary” and all decisions are final.
7. Our "Newtown Elementary” liability is limited to the purchase price of the ticket only, if for any reason the ticket stub is not included in the draw.
8. The winner will be contacted by phone and email. The winner has 60 days to claim their prize, a second draw from the same numbers will occur after 60 days if the prize goes unclaimed.
9. One (1) ticket is $5.00, five (3) for $10, or (8) for $20.
10. Ticket Sales will end on October 10, 2025, at 12:00 p.m. NST.
11. Tickets are to be drawn on October 10, 2025, at 1:30 p.m. at Newtown Elementary.
12. Up to 40,000 tickets are available.
