NB Firefighters 50/50 Lottery

Introduction

The NB Firefighters 50/50 Lottery is an online gaming system that allows customers to purchase tickets for a weekly 50/50 draw.  Every Fire Department organization that signs up for the program, will have their Fire Department Organization Name appear in the purchase screen (sample below):

The customer clicks on the organization and makes their purchase.  Every ticket sale for each organization, will see the organization get 35% of their total ticket sales for that draw. (example . sell $1000 worth of tickets…Fire Department gets $350.00)

(a)    The draws will be held Thursdays at 9:00 PM

(b)   Players must be a resident of New Brunswick and an individual at least 19 years of age to purchase.

(c)  The draw will take place with electronically generated number, based on the ticket sales of that week.

(d)   There are no restrictions regarding the purchase of tickets by members of any sponsoring organization or their families.

(e)   There is no minimum number of tickets that must be sold.

(f)    Only 1 winning ticket will be produced

(g)    The winning prize will be a cash prize equal to 50% of the gross sales.

(h)    If the winner cannot be located after 90 days and all attempts to locate have failed, or is not      19 years of age, another winner will be drawn at that time in a second draw.

La loterie 50/50 des pompiers du Nouveau-Brunswick est un système de jeu en ligne qui permet aux clients d'acheter des billets pour un tirage 50/50 hebdomadaire. Chaque organisation de service d'incendie qui s'inscrit au programme verra son nom d'organisation de service d'incendie apparaître sur l'écran d'achat (exemple ci-dessous) :

Le client clique sur l'organisation et effectue son achat. Chaque vente de billets pour chaque organisation verra l'organisation obtenir 35% de leurs ventes totales de billets pour ce tirage. (exemple . vendre pour 1000 $ de billets… Le service d'incendie obtient 350,00 $)

(a) Les tirages auront lieu les jeudis à 21h00

(b) Les joueurs doivent être un résident du Nouveau-Brunswick et un individu âgé d'au moins 19 ans pour acheter.

(c) Le tirage aura lieu avec un numéro généré électroniquement, basé sur les ventes de billets de cette semaine.

(d) Il n'y a aucune restriction concernant l'achat de billets par les membres d'une organisation parrainante ou leurs familles.

(e) Il n'y a pas de nombre minimum de billets à vendre.

(f) Un seul numéro de billet gagnant sera produit.

(g) Le prix gagnant sera un prix en espèces égal à 50 % des ventes brutes.

(h) Si le gagnant ne peut pas être localisé après 90 jours et que toutes les tentatives de localisation ont échoué, alors un autre gagnant sera tiré au sort à ce moment-là lors d'un deuxième tirage.
