Official Rules of Play
All Proceeds to Benefit the Mont St. Joseph Home
1. Participants must be in Saskatchewan to purchase tickets and must be 18+ years of age.
2. Mont St. Joseph staff may participate via a payroll deduction.
- a. Participants may join any time throughout the year.
- b. Staff must not be on leave of absence.
- c. Staff are responsible for keeping contact information up to date.
- d. Winners are required to provide their identification card as well as photo ID to claim their prize.
- e. Only tickets purchased before 11:00pm on each of the Mont St. Joseph Foundation 50/50 staff cutoff dates will be eligible for that draw.
- f. Mont St. Joseph Foundation paid staff are not eligible to participate.
3. The purchase price of tickets for each draw is:
- 1 ticket for $5
- 3 tickets for $10
- 8 tickets for $20
- 15 tickets for $30
4. Only 140,000 tickets will be sold.
5. General public may purchase tickets through www.montstjoseph.org or over the phone by calling 306-922-4663.
- a. Ticket purchasers must use a valid email address to purchase tickets and claim prizes.
6. Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time.
7. Each draw will be conducted by Random Number Generator and the winner will be announced to all participants via social media.
8. There will be only one prize drawn for each draw.
9. Prizes will be 50% of the gross sales per draw. The total retail value of all prizes will be $168,000.
10. Prizes will be delivered by Mont St. Joseph Foundation Inc.
11. Prizes must be accepted as awarded – no substitutes unless otherwise stated. All winners have one year from the date of the draw to claim their prize.
- a. If a winner cannot be located after a period of one year from the draw date, the prize or equivalent cash value will be donated to a charitable beneficiary approved by the Saskatchewan Liquor & Gaming Authority.
12. Ticket purchasers may contact the Licensee in the event of a question, complaint or dispute at 306-922-4663 or foundation@montstjoseph.org.
13. The date, time and location for each draw will be 10:00am on the following dates, with draws to be held at the Mont St. Joseph Home 777-28th St. East, Prince Albert SK, S6V 8C2.
Cut off date for general public sales will be 11:00pm on the day before each draw.
