Raffle Rules
a) Ticket purchasers must be 18 years of age or older, and the name of a minor must not be included on the ticket. If it is determined prior to the draw that a ticket has been issued to a minor, the ticket is deemed void and the purchaser refunded.
b) Staff and immediate family members of the Mental Health Foundation and Rafflebox Technologies Inc. are prohibited from purchasing tickets.
c) At least 50% of tickets must be sold before requesting a draw date extension or a cancellation of the raffle.
d) The purchase price of each ticket is $20.
e) There are 4,999 tickets available.
f) Tickets can be purchased online via Rafflebox Technologies Inc.
g) There is no subscription option for this one-time raffle.
h) The draw is open to the public from November 7, 2025 to March 30th, 2026.
i) The draw will take place at Alberta Hospital Edmonton (17480 Fort Rd, Edmonton, AB, T5Y 6A8) on March 31, 2026 using the Rafflebox Technologies Inc. platform.
j) The prize is a new 2025 Buick Envista, donated by Ron Hodgson Chevrolet Buick GMC, valued at $31,189.
k) There is only one prize in this raffle.
l) There is no seeding required for this raffle.
m) There are no cash alternatives for the prize.
n) Winner has 90 days from the date of the draw to claim their prize. Prize delivery cost will be covered by Ron Hodgson Chevrolet Buick GMC.
o) The condition of the prize is brand new.
p) If the winner cannot be contacted within the 90 day time limit, the prize or monies equivalent to the fair market value of the prize must be donated to a charitable beneficiary approved by AGLC. Alternatively, with AGLC approval, unclaimed prizes or monies of equivalent value may be donated to the Mental Health Foundation’s own approved use of proceeds.
q) Tickets are non-refundable.
r) If more than one name is included on a winning ticket, the prize will be awarded to only one of the individuals named on the ticket stub. Neither the Mental Health Foundation nor AGLC is responsible for any disputes among the individuals whose names are included on the ticket.

t) In the event of a power failure on the draw date, this electronic raffle will be completed once power is back online.
