1) Players of this lottery must reside in Ontario, be 18 years of age or older, and must use a major credit card of Visa debit card to purchase. Credit cards used for payment must have an Ontario address.
2) Tickets will be available for sale online at our dedicated raffle website, provided by the ERS Rafflebox.
3) Tickets will be sold at a rate of:
3 for $10
10 for $20;
100 for $40
4) Ticket sales will begin:
1. Draw #1 -Ticket sales will take place June 24th, 2026, at 8:00 am until 7:59 pm on July 30, 2026. The draw will take place on July 30, 2026, at 1:30 pm.
2. Draw #2 - Ticket sales will take place from October 1st to November 12th until 1:30 pm. The draw will take place on November 12th, 2026, at 1:30 pm.
5) After buying, purchasers will receive a confirmation email with their 50/50 registered numbers from a Random Selection System. No specific numbers can be given as numbers are generated randomly.
6) Draws will take place:
• July 30th, 2026 at 1:30 pm
• November 12th, 2026 at 1:30 pm

7) The winning ticket number will be selected by a Random number of Generation (RNG)system from all raffle numbers sold for the draw.
8) The winner will receive a prize of 50% of total raffle sales.
9) There is NO minimum guaranteed 50/50 jackpot.
10) There will be two separate draws to be conducted on two separate dates. Each draw will have one individual winner.
11) The prize will be issued via cheque only – no cash.
12) Draw results will be announced on Lisaard & Innisfree Hospice website, Instagram, facebook and e-news to current buyers.
11) The winning ticket holder will be notified by email and/or telephone within 24 hours using the email address and/or telephone number provided online at the time of purchase. The winning ticket holder may make arrangements to claim their prize by contacting the raffle administration at 519-208-5055 ext. 256 or by email at FD@lisaardandinnisfree.com. The winning ticket holder will need to provide two pieces of identification, one of which must be a government-issued photo ID. The winner agrees to be named publicly, along with the prize value, on the raffle website, Lisaard and Innisfree Hospice’s website, Lisaard and Innisfree Hospice social media channels, and in press releases to media outlets to promote the raffle.
1. The prize must be claimed by the individual named in the original purchase transaction.
2. The organization will make every reasonable effort to contact the winner in accordance to AGCO's rules and regulations.
3. The winning ticket holder has six (6) months in which to claim their prize from the date of the draw.
4. If the winning ticket holder does not come forward, the number will remain posted on for six (6) months following the draw date.
5. Unclaimed 50/50 prizes will be held for six (6) months at which time the unclaimed proceeds will be donated to Lisaard and Innisfree Hospice with approval of the Alcohol & Gaming Commission of Ontario.
13) The following individuals are not eligible to participate in the 50/50 Draws: Lisaard and Innisfree Hospice staff members (Executive Director, Director of Operations, Fund Development Coordinator, Advancement Coordinator, Finance Administrator and Marketing & Communications Coordinator) involved in the administration for the raffle with the independent third-party raffle provider Rafflebox Technologies Inc and members of licensed gaming suppliers providing services to the lottery.
