• Ticket purchasers must be 18 years of age or older and the purchase must occur in Alberta. 
• No persons are prohibited from purchasing ticket(s) other than those with the restrictions outlined in the previous point.
• By purchasing ticket(s) the purchaser consents to having their name and the winning number and the prize amount published.
• Tickets will be available for sale as follows:

Regular ticket 1 for $5

Discount #1 4 for $10

Discount #2 16 for $20

Discount #3 50 for $50

Discount #4 150 for $100

• The maximum number of tickets available for sale under this license is indicated on the licence.
• Draw date is a stated on the licence. 
• The winning ticket draw is done by a electronic draw using a random number generated proved by a registered ERS platform.
• The winner will receive a minimum cash prize of 50% of ticket sales.
•  The winning ticket number will be announced and will be posted online as indicated on the ticket.
• The winner has 72 hours from the time of the draw to claim the prize. If the prize is not awarded the unclaimed prize will be retained and approval obtained from AGLC to disburse the price in accordance with their unclaimed prize "procedures" which allows the raffle license to disburse the unclaimed prize in accordance with their approved use of proceeds. The license, at their sole discretion, may chose to use the unclaimed prize as the starting pot for a future license raffle.
• A ticket purchaser may cancel ticket(s) and request a refund by texting 780-934-8493 and the license will cancel and refund the tick(s) as soon as the request has been received. No requests to cancel ticket(s) for a refund will be honored if the request is received after the draw has been completed.
