• Tickets are 2 for $10; 5 for $20; 15 for $50; or 50 for $100.
• Must be 19 years or older to purchase a 50:50 ticket.
• Ticket buyers receive a single printed receipt listing all of the numbers associated with the purchased tickets. The winning ticket is drawn from a random number generator.
• Ticket sales occur at Norbock Stadium and online and must not be sold outside B.C.
• All draws sales at Norbrock Stadium are cut off at the end of the 8th inning. Winners are drawn at the last game of each homestand then announced and posted by the end of the 8th inning of that game.
• A random ticket number is drawn from a random number generator.
• In the case of a discrepancy between the announced number and the actual number – the actual number will be considered to be the valid winning ticket.
• Winning numbers will be announced and amounts are also available on the 50/50 web site at, www.KSC5050.ca, as well the draw Board at Norbrock Stadium.
• Prizes may be claimed at the announcers booth at Norbrock Stadium. Unclaimed prizes not claimed 24 hours after the draw will be rolled into the next draws pot. If the final draw is not claimed the prize will be held for seven days at the Sports Council Office and the winning number announced in the local media where and how to claim the prize.
• Prize is paid by cheque.
• The following individuals are not eligible to participate in the 50:50 draws: 50:50 program contractors, staff and volunteers, employees of the Kamloops Sports Council.

• In the event that the electronic 50:50 system is unavailable at the time the ticket sales period commences for any game due to technical difficulties or otherwise that draw will be cancelled.
• If the electronic system experiences any technical difficulties during a game (i.e. at any time after sales using the system have commenced for that game), 50:50 sales will immediately be suspended for the balance of the game. If The Kamloops Sports Council is able to verify that all tickets purchased prior to the suspension of ticket sales have been printed and placed in the draw bin, the draw will proceed and a winner will be announced. If The Kamloops Sports Council is not able to verify that all tickets purchased prior to the suspension of ticket sales have been printed and placed in the draw bin, the draw will be postponed until such time as The Kamloops Sports Council is able to make such verification. In the event that no verification is possible and a draw is not made by presenting your ticket to the 50-50 kiosks a refund will be offered for the tickets purchased for that draw.
• Each of members of the fundraising group, The Kamloops Sports Council and any presenting partner of the 50:50 programs (collectively the “Program Partners”) will administer the 50:50 program in good faith and in the best interests of the charitable beneficiaries. None of the Program Partners (nor any director, officer, or representative of any of the foregoing) shall be liable at any time for any errors, system malfunctions or decisions made in connection with the administration of the 50:50 program.
• There will be no refunds issued for in-venue ticket sales.
