Kitchener Ringette Association
1) Purchasers must reside in Ontario and be 18 years of age or older and must use a major credit card
or Visa debit card to purchase. Credit cards used for payment must have an Ontario address.
2) Tickets are being sold online using the electronic lottery system supplied by Rafflebox and use a major credit card, Visa Debit or MasterCard Debit.
3) Online ticket sales are being promoted via Kitchener Ringette Association’s website, social media, and communications channels in addition to physical signage (with QR codes), placed throughout the venue/arena.
4) Ticket sales will begin on Tuesday, December 2,2025 and will end at 2:00pm on Sunday, Feb 1st, 2026 the last day of the Golden Ring Tournament. The draw will take place at 5PM.
5) Tickets are being sold 1 for $10; 3 for $20; 20 for $50; 100 for $100.
6) All ticket numbers will be emailed to ticket purchasers by the registered Electronic Raffle Supplier (ERS) (Rafflebox). A physical ticket will not be mailed out for this draw. No specific numbers can be given as numbers are generated randomly.
7) The winning ticket number will be selected by a Random Number Generation (RNG) system from all ticket numbers sold for the draw.
8) The winning prize will be a cash prize equal to 50% of the gross sales. The amount of the 50/50 Raffle will be determined based on the number and value of tickets purchased.
9) The winning number will be updated on the lottery landing page as well as the Kitchener Ringette Association webpage and social media. The winner will be contacted using the information provided during ticket purchase.
10) The winner will be contacted by phone and email. The winner has 30 days to claim their prize, a second draw will occur after 30 days if the prize goes unclaimed.
11) The winner must provide his/her name, address, and phone number with picture identification for our report sheet. By playing you consent to having your name and winning numbers published. By purchasing a ticket, purchaser agrees to allow Kitchener Ringette Association to use your name and image without compensation, for any promotional activity related to this or any future raffle.
12) The following individuals are NOT eligible to participate in the 50/50 draw:
· Residents outside of Ontario
· Anyone under the age of 18
· Members of the Kitchener Ringette Executive Board
· Other persons or companies involved in the conduct of the raffle are not able to purchase tickets
