2025 Raffle Rules and Conditions – 50/50

•There will be (1) one winner drawn on December 15th, 2025 at 9am. The winner will receive 50% of the proceeds of the total 50/50 tickets sales.

•The ticket will be drawn using an electronic random number generator.

•The Winner will be contacted via telephone within 48 hours following the raffle draw, and the winning ticket number and winners name will be posted online at the Rafflebox website as well as the Winnipeg Kinsmen website following the draw.

•A cheque may be given to the winner within 30 days of the prize being claimed. The 50/50 raffle Prize must be claimed at The Kinsmen Club of Winnipeg, 161 Taapweewin Way, Winnipeg, MB.

•If the selected winner does not claim the prize within 60-days of the draw (February 15th, 2026) the funds will be retained by the organization.•Must be a resident of Manitoba or physically located in Manitoba to purchase tickets.

•Must be 18 or older to purchase tickets. Raffle Administrators, including Winnipeg Kinsmen employees and club members are ineligible to purchase tickets. Staff of Raffle Box staff are prohibited from purchasing tickets and are ineligible to win prizes.

•Winner must provide first name, last name, and mailing address upon claiming prize.

•Government issued photo identification is required to claim prize.

•By claiming the raffle prize, the winner gives the Winnipeg Kinsmen the right to publish the winner’s name, photo, and prize amount. Names are publicized to protect the integrity of the 50/50 raffle as it verifies that prizes are won.

•Raffle tickets are non-refundable.

•Raffle tickets are not eligible for tax receipts.
