2026 Raffle Rules and Conditions - Kin Kar

• There will be (1) one winner drawn on June 22, 2026 at 9am. of the KinKar raffle. The ticket will be drawn using an electronic random number generator, and the winner will choose one of the following prize options:

• Option 1 - $40,000 cash prize

• Option 2 - A voucher valued at $60,000 CDN that can be redeemed for a vehicle at all participating Murray Auto Group dealerships in Manitoba.

• If the winner chooses the $60,000 voucher, they will need to claim the prize at one of the participating Murray Auto Group dealerships in Manitoba and will be required to provide proof of registration (at winner’s expense) for the vehicle before it will be released by the dealership.

The winner must complete the purchase of a vehicle from any authorized store within the Murray Auto Group by 4:00 pm on July 31, 2026.

• The vehicle prize delivery time is subject to change and could be delayed significantly based on the availability of the vehicle at the time the prize is claimed and is outside of the Winnipeg Kinsmen’s control.

• If the cost of the winner’s vehicle selection surpasses $60,000, inclusive of taxes, the winner is obligated to pay the remaining amount exceeding the $60,000 directly to the designated Murray Auto Group store.

• If the winner’s vehicle selection is less than $60,000, inclusive of taxes, the winner shall not receive any remaining funds after the voucher is claimed.

• If the winner selects to receive the cash prize of $40,000, a cheque will be given to the winner within 30 days of the prize being claimed. Cash Prize must be claimed at The Kinsmen Club of Winnipeg, 161 Taapweewin Way, Winnipeg, MB.

• The Winner will be contacted via telephone within 48 hours following the raffle draw, and the winning ticket number and winners name will be posted online at the Rafflebox website as well as the Winnipeg Kinsmen website following the draw.

• If the selected winner does not claim the prize within 60-days of the draw (August 21, 2026) the funds will be retained by the organization.

• Must be a resident of Manitoba or physically located in Manitoba to purchase tickets.

• Raffle is open to all ticket holders 18 years of age or older. Raffle Administrators, including Winnipeg Kinsmen employees and club members are ineligible to purchase tickets. Staff of Raffle Box staff are prohibited from purchasing tickets and are ineligible to win prizes.

• Winner must provide first name, last name and mailing address upon claiming prize.

• Government issued photo identification is required to claim prize.

• By claiming the raffle prize, the winner gives the Winnipeg Kinsmen the right to publish the winner’s name, photo and prize amount. Names are publicized to protect the integrity of the KinKar raffle as it verifies that prizes are won.

• Raffle tickets are non-refundable.

• Raffle tickets are not eligible for tax receipts.
