Kinette Club of Goderich 50/50 Mega Draw Rules of Play

● Players of this lottery must reside in Ontario, or have purchased tickets while

in Ontario, and be 18 years of age or older.

● Members of The Kinette Club of Goderich are ineligible to purchase tickets.

● Tickets will be available for sale online, and we reserve the right to offer

in-person ticket sales at special events.

● Tickets will be sold at a rate of- 1 for $10; 4 for $20; 20 for $50; 100 for

$100

● Tickets will be sold until 2:30pm on Sunday, July 5, 2026.

● Draw will be made at 3:00pm on Sunday, July 5, 2026 at The Kinette Club of

Goderich Festival of Arts & Crafts, 1 Courthouse Square, Goderich, Ontario,

with the winner being determined by random-number generator draw. The

winner will be contacted by phone.

● Draw results will be announced on the Goderich Kinette Club facebook page,

Goderich Festival of Arts & Crafts facebook event page, and on the Kin

Canada Zone K facebook page.

● By purchasing a ticket, purchaser agrees to allow The Kinette Club of

Goderich to use purchaser’s name and image without compensation for any

promotional activity related to this or any future raffle.

● In the event no winner comes forward, the winning stub will be kept in a

safety deposit box and held for 6 months. After that time period has elapsed

the prize will be donated to a charity other than The Kinette Club of

Goderich, with the approval of the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of

Ontario (AGCO).
