1. Prizes to be accepted as offered and as presented; there are no substitutes.
2. Prizes have no cash value unless otherwise stated.
3. Purchasers must be at least 19 years of age. Tickets cannot be purchased in the name of a minor.
4. Pursuant to the regulations governing this lottery, tickets must be purchased within the province of Newfoundland and Labrador.
5. We “Karate Newfoundland and Labrador” reserve the right to publish names, addresses, and photographs of all the winners and/or ticket purchasers and retain the right to use such for all promotional purposes for an indefinite period. Karate Newfoundland and Labrador does adhere to PIPEDA.
6. All disputes will be settled by “Karate Newfoundland and Labrador” and all decisions are final.
7. Our " Karate Newfoundland and Labrador” liability is limited to the purchase price of the ticket only, if for any reason a ticket stub is not included in the draw. Karate Newfoundland and Labrador will make every reasonable effort to ensure that no tickets are excluded.
8. Karate Newfoundland and Labrador 50/50 Tickets are available to be purchased online only. These purchases have the following options available per ticket:
One (1) 50/50 chance for $5.00
Three (3) 50/50 chances for $10.00
Eight (8) 50/50 chances for $20.00.
9. All ticket sales end 12:30 P.M on July 5, 2026. The physical prize draw will be 12:30 P.M on July 5th at Paradise Double Ice Complex, St. John’s, NL.
10. There is a limited number of 100,000 tickets available. If all tickets are sold at the highest ticket price of 1 ticket for $5.00, the total potential maximum ticket sales could be $500,000. The jackpot represents exactly half of the sales collected; therefore the jackpot could be up to $250,000
