Jamii’s One-of-a-Kind Week for Two
in the South of France
1. Organizer
This raffle is conducted by Jamii Esplanade (the “Organizer”) in accordance with applicable Ontario
lottery licensing requirements.
As required under Ontario lottery licensing regulations, all travel-related components of the prize will be
arranged and fulfilled through a licensed travel agency. The Organizer is working in partnership with:

The travel agency will coordinate all elements of the travel prize, which will include flights,
accommodations, and ground transportation between the airport and the accommodation in France,
subject to availability and the terms and conditions of the travel providers.
2. Eligibility
• Open to individuals who are 18 years of age or older at the time of ticket purchase.
• Open to individuals who are residents of Ontario, Canada, at the time of ticket purchase.
• Employees, board members, and any individuals directly involved in the administration, sale, or
conduct of the raffle, as well as their immediate family members (defined as spouse or partner,
parents, children, siblings, and individuals residing in the same household), are not eligible to
participate.
3. Description of the Game
Participants purchase raffle tickets for a chance to win Jamii’s One-of-a-Kind Week for Two
in the South of France prize. There is only one ticket type available: Single Tickets.
Each ticket corresponds to one (1) entry into a single random draw to win Jamii’s One-of-a-Kind Week
for Two in the South of France prize.
Only one (1) winning ticket will be selected at random, resulting in one (1) winner. For clarity, while
there is only one (1) winning ticket, the prize is for two (2) travelers: the winner and their guest.
4. Ticket Quantity and Sales Period
• Total number of tickets available: 410 (four hundred and ten)
• Tickets may be purchased between June 4
th 2026, 12:00PM and June 30th

• All ticket sales are final and non-refundable, except in the event of raffle cancellation.

Participants can purchase individual tickets for the prize or opt for discounted bundles.

The prize is awarded to one (1) winner and includes travel for two (2) individuals who will be sharing the
same trip: for clarity, both travelers must travel together on the same itinerary.

Win a 7-day escape to Clermont-l’Hérault, France, for the winner and one guest, including round-trip

Nestled in the heart of Southern France, Clermont-l’Hérault offers access to picturesque villages, vibrant
markets, beautiful lakes, hiking trails, local cuisine, and countless opportunities for relaxation and
exploration.
The winner and their guest will have the freedom to create their own itinerary and enjoy the region at
their own pace. No guided tours, excursions, activities, or hosting services are included as part of the
prize.
As an added bonus, the winner and their guest have the opportunity to spend time with Isorine Marc,
Jamii's Founder and Director, during their stay in Clermont-l’Hérault and receive her recommendations
on places to visit, things to do, and hidden gems to discover throughout the region. Any such
recommendations, introductions, or social interactions are informal, optional, subject to availability, and

Prize Redemption and Restrictions
• The prize has no cash value, no cash alternative, and must be accepted in full as awarded. The
prize cannot be exchanged, transferred, or redeemed for cash or any other substitute.
• This includes the meal allowance, which forms part of the travel prize and will only be provided
for use during the travel period. The meal allowance has no cash alternative outside of the trip
and will not be paid out, refunded, or otherwise substituted if the trip is not taken or if any
portion of the allowance is unused.
• Failure to use any component of the prize, including travel, accommodation, meal allowance, or
any related inclusions, will not entitle the winner to any compensation, refund, or substitution.
The prize includes:
• Round-trip airfare: Economy class airfare for the winner and one guest from Toronto, Canada,
to Montpellier, France, and return, arranged and purchased by the Organizer. Each traveler is
entitled to one checked bag, one carry-on bag, and one personal item, subject to airline policies.
• Airport transfers: Round-trip ground transportation between Montpellier Airport and the
accommodation in Clermont-l'Hérault.
• Accommodation: Six (6) consecutive nights of accommodation in Clermont-l'Hérault, France,
based on double occupancy and featuring separate sleeping arrangements.
• Meal allowance: The winner and guest will receive a meal allowance equivalent to CAD $90
per day per traveler for seven (7) days, for a total value of CAD $1,260. The meal allowance
forms part of the travel prize and will be provided in euros upon arrival in Clermontl’Hérault, France, for use during the travel period only. The euro amount will be calculated
using the Bank of Canada exchange rate in effect five (5) business days prior to the
departure date.

Clermont-l’Hérault and the surrounding region offer a wide range of opportunities for exploration and

• Walking, hiking, horse riding, and other outdoor activities;
• Lakes, beaches, and water-based recreation;
• Local markets, museums, theatres, and heritage sites;
• Culinary and wine experiences; and

The prize does not include:

Travel Conditions
• Travel dates must be mutually agreed upon with the Organizer and confirmed at least three (3)
months prior to departure date from Toronto, Canada.
• Travel must be completed between December 1, 2026, and December 31, 2027, excluding
June 15th, 2027 to August 31, 2027.
• The winner and their guest must travel together on the same dates and on the same itinerary
arranged by the Organizer and travel provider.
• The Organizer reserves the right to modify travel arrangements where necessary due to
availability, safety considerations, operational requirements, or circumstances beyond its
control, including but not limited to weather disruptions or provider changes.
Travel Requirements and Accessibility
• The winner and their guest must be eligible to travel to France and comply with all applicable entry
requirements, including holding valid passports, visas, and any other required travel documents.
• The travel experience may include accommodation with stairs and uneven terrain, as well as
local transportation with limited accessibility. Full accessibility of all components of the trip
cannot be guaranteed. Accessibility accommodations, mobility assistance, and any
specialized transportation or services required due to accessibility needs are not included in
the prize and remain the sole responsibility of the winner and guest, at their own expense and
subject to availability and feasibility.
• Travelers are responsible for complying with all applicable laws, regulations, and health
requirements during travel.
7. Winner Selection, Notification, Claim and Unclaimed Prize
Process
• The draw will take place on June 30, 2026, at 1:30 PM at 264 The Esplanade, Toronto, Ontario,
and will be open to the public.
• The draw will be conducted in a fair and transparent manner using the Rafflebox online
platform and will be video-recorded for archival purposes.
• One (1) winning ticket will be selected by random draw from all eligible entries.
• In addition, a second (2nd) and third (3rd) eligible ticket will be selected at the time of the draw
as reserve winners, in the order they are drawn.
• The winner will be notified within twenty-four (24) hours of the draw using the contact
information provided at the time of ticket purchase via Rafflebox.
• The winner must confirm acceptance of the prize and complete any required identity and
eligibility verification by July 15, 2026 at 12:00 PM (local time).
• To be confirmed as the official winner, the selected entrant must provide valid governmentissued photo identification and any additional reasonable documentation required to verify
identity and eligibility. The Organizer reserves the right to complete verification prior to
awarding the prize.
• If the selected winner does not respond within the required timeframe, fails to complete
verification, or is otherwise ineligible, the prize will be awarded to the reserve winners in the
order they were selected at the time of the draw.
• Reserve winners will be contacted in sequence and must complete verification and accept the
prize within the timeframe specified at the time of contact.
• The secondary winner will be contacted on July 15, 2026 at 1:00PM. The secondary winner must
claim the prize by July 31, 2026 at 12:00PM.
• If the secondary winner does not claim the prize, the tertiary winner will be contacted on July
31, 2026 at 1:00PM, 2026, and must claim the prize by August 15, 2026 at 12:00PM.
• If the prize cannot be awarded to the selected winner or any reserve winners in accordance
with the claim process and deadlines set out in these Rules, the Organizer will handle the prize
as an unclaimed prize in accordance with Section 5.17.1 of the Ontario Lottery Licensing Policy
Manual. In such circumstances, the Organizer will make reasonable and ongoing efforts to
contact the selected entrant(s), including multiple contact attempts using available contact
information, and will maintain records of all communication attempts for a period of up to 120
days following the draw, where applicable.
8. Game Cancellation or Changes
In the event that the raffle cannot proceed due to unforeseen circumstances, including force majeure
events or changes required by applicable regulatory authorities, the Organizer reserves the right to
cancel or postpone the raffle. If the raffle is cancelled, all ticket purchasers will receive a full refund.
This condition is disclosed in accordance with Ontario lottery licensing requirements.
