Hailey’s Way Inc was created in 2022 as a Legacy to Hailey Dugay.

Hailey was killed in an act of violence in November 2018 in Fraserwood, Manitoba. After a night out with friends they came upon men on the side of the road on Kuz’s road who shot at the passing vehicles. Hailey was hit by one of the bullets and killed. At the age of 20, her life was just beginning. As a certified Health Care Aide, she realized early that her love was for children, and had returned to school to complete her Early Childhood Education. Hailey was a selfless, beautiful soul who still had so much to give.

Hailey’s Way Inc. is instrumental in providing youth programs in the Interlake such as art, music, and funding for organized sports and events.

Winners will be selected by electronic draw using a certified random number generator.
Prizes must be claimed by the selected winner within 30 days of the closing of the 2026 Festival. And no sooner than August 5th, 2026. Winners will be contacted by the organization on August 4, 2026 using the contact information provided at the time of purchase.
If the selected winner does not claim the prize. The Icelandic Festival of Manitoba will retain possession of the prize.
Prizes must be claimed at the Icelandic Festival office a 1O7-94 1st. Ave Gimli, Manitoba.
Raffle open to residents of Manitoba or those physically present in Manitoba.
Must be 16 years of age or older to participate.
Raffle tickets are non-refundable.
Prizes will be awarded within 15 days of claiming the prize
Photo identification may be required to claim prize.
Raffle tickets are not eligible for a tax receipt.
The Executives of the Board and Icelandic Festival Employees are not allowed to participate in the raffle
Winner receives 50% of total ticket sales (Guaranteed prize is $125)
