The Humanity Project 50/50 GOLDRUSH DRAW
“People Helping People” is our moto and your support will continue assisting us in the provision of serving 200-300 meals daily to our city’s Children, Seniors, Homeless and Working Poor families. It will also allow us to continue to find housing for those experiencing Homelessness.
Our community has seen a drastic turn for the worse with the increase of methamphetamine in our community and a lack of treatment options. We are looking to change that!!! The Proceeds from this 50/50 will also help us start building our farm project to help those struggling with mental health and/or addiction issues.
Our strategy is to uphold our beliefs and experience that with the help of many; we can successfully treat the current needs of Moncton’s most vulnerable and marginalized. Those who have fallen through the cracks of society, those with such sufferance and pain, that addiction, mental health and homelessness, become their only form of coping. Our program is to treat, heal and help recover from the root causes that have led the most vulnerable and marginalized to addictions, mental health, and homelessness.
What is The Humanity Project “GOLDRUSH” 50/50 Draw
The Humanity Project Goldrush is a weekly 50/50 lottery that takes place every Thursday at 1pm. After a participant signs up, they can choose how many weeks they would like to play ($2-$20 a week or pay for future weeks in advance).
How to Play
You must register to activate your account to play.
Once activated your ticket number will remain in the draw every week until you deactivate your account online or we are advised to deactivate your account.
Ticket numbers that have been inactive for 1 year, will be removed from the draws.
At the start of each weekly draw, ONE ticket with your TICKET NUMBER on it will be entered into the draw.
On draw day, a ticket is chosen using a random number generator and it is identified via the 50/50 Goldrush automated software if that ticket number was purchased that week.
If the ticket number was purchased, the player associated with that ticket would be a WINNER and collect half of the Goldrush Jackpot.
If the ticket number was NOT purchased, then the player associated with that ticket would be a NONWINNER, and the entire Goldrush JACKPOT would roll over to the next week.
The process then starts over the following week.
There is no limit on the number of tickets that can be purchased.
You can also purchase additional tickets on the current draw at any time.

The purchase of 3/$5.00 tickets activate the ticket already in play and activates two additional tickets for a total of three chances to win on that draw.
10/$10.00 purchase activates the ticket in play and activates an additional nine tickets for a total of ten chances to win on that draw. (Same for 25/$20)
You can purchase your tickets on a weekly basis OR for your convenience, pre-purchase your tickets for up to 52 weeks in advance.
How to Purchase Tickets
ONLINE
▪ This option is available for residents of New Brunswick 19 or older. You may register at www.TheHumanityProject.ca You will provide your name, address, email address, and phone number. Players will be assigned a TICKET/PLAYER/ACCOUNT NUMBER. You can then purchase tickets.
▪ Any one email address can only be associated with ONE Player. (You cannot use the same email address for different players)
▪ There is a minimum total purchase of $10.00 per transaction online which can be used to purchase tickets on the current and/or future draws. It does not have to be 10 tickets for $10 for one week’s draw. You can buy 1 ticket for $2 on 5 weeks draws.
When Is The Draw?
The draw will occur every Thursday afternoon at 1:00 pm
The winner will be contacted by phone does not have to be at home at the time of the draw to win.
We will reach out to the winners for up to 12 months from the draw date and do not draw another ticket.
If the winner does not claim their winnings then the winnings will be donated back to the organization after 12 months.
The name of the winner or non-winner is posted on our website, Facebook Page and other social media platforms.
How Do I Change My Name or Contact Information or Withdraw from The Draw?
It is the player’s responsibility to keep their contact information current.
You can update your account information by contacting us at (506) 382-6840 or email at 5050@TheHumanityProject.ca to have your draw number suspended indefinitely.
Ticket numbers that have been inactive for 1 year, will be removed from the draws.
