Hockey Regina Tournament 50/50 Rules of Play
1. The Hockey Regina Inc 50/50 is open to public and subject to provincial laws and regulations.
2. You must be 19+ to purchase a ticket
3. The 50/50 tickets will be sold online using Rafflebox. You must purchase a 50/50 ticket to win.
4. The ticket sales will begin October 1st at 12:00am. The draw dates shall be October 26, November 8, December 7, December 14, December 20, January 11, January 18, January 25, February 8, February 15, February 22 at the Co-Operators Centre – Hockey Regina Offices at 3:30pm. The Co-Operators Centre is located at 1700 Elphinstone St., Regina Sk.
5. Tickets will be sold until 3:15pm on each draw date, unless sold out prior.
6. Ticket prices are 1/$5, 3/$10, 10/$20, 50/$50
7. All participants have their name, and phone number recorded online.
8. The draw will be conducted using RNG on the Rafflebox platform a registered ERS. If the draw cannot take place, the draw will be held as soon as possible, with approval from SLGA. This is only if an unforeseen circumstance should happen.
9. Winners will be paid by cheque to the exact name recorded online. Payment will be issued two weeks following the draw date.
11. Winners will be contacted using information they provided at the time they purchased ticket.
12. Winners do not need to be present to win.
13. Any unclaimed prizes will be held in a secure location for the period of one year. If unclaimed in that year, the prize will be donated to an approved SLGA charitable beneficiary.
14. Total prize value for each draw cannot exceed $25,000.00.
15. A maximum of 50,000 tickets for each draw shall be available.
16. By purchasing a ticket, you approve to having your name, number, and jackpot prize published.
17. Please keep your receipt, in the event of a disagreement in the draw precedence will be given to original receipt issued.
18. No refunds
19. Funds from the event will be used to offset organization operational costs like ice time, player equipment, training etc.
20. Hockey Regina Staff and Board Members are allowed to purchase tickets as well as people involved in the conduct and management of the raffle.
