After a long winter, Haultain Memorial School Parents' Association is ready to kick off Spring with a 50-50 Cash Raffle - ending just before the CBE March Break.

Funds raised by this raffle will support and enhance our students' learning by covering the costs of field trips, school activities such as Artists in Residence, Indigenous Knowledge Keeper presentations, classroom & learning common enhancements, school wide activities such as Sports Day and more. Our hope is for a complete sellout so we can help foster well-being and student learning at Haultain Memorial School.

The Haultain Memorial School Parents Association (HMSPA) is a group of dedicated volunteers who work together to enhance student learning, foster well-being and engage in community development at our public K-6 school in the Queensland community of Calgary, Alberta. Our goal is to provide a safe, inclusive, positive environment for all students and their families to learn and thrive. We work with the HMS staff to discuss, plan, support, fund-raise and allocate resources to achieve an inclusive, engaging learning environment for all.

50/50 Cash Raffle RULES

1. Players must reside in Alberta, be 18 years or older, and use a major credit card, Visa Debit or MasterCard Debit. Credit cards used for payment must have an Alberta Address. Tickets may be purchased with cash if player is present at the Haultain Memorial School Quest Theater Production on March 13, 2026 from 10:15 AM to 12:00 PM.

2. Tickets will be available online and sold at a rate of:

• 1 ticket for $2

• 3 tickets for $5

• 20 tickets for $20

• 100 tickets for $50

3. All ticket numbers will be emailed to the ticket purchasers by the Registered Electronic Raffle Supplier (ERS) (Rafflebox). A physical ticket will not be mailed out for this draw.

4. Ticket sales will end on March 20, 2026 at 12:00 PM with the draw taking place at Haultain Memorial School 605 Queensland Drive SE, Calgary, Alberta on March 20, 2025 at 12:30 PM.

5. The 50-50 Winner will receive a cash prize of 50% of ticket sales up to a maximum of $9,995.00. This will be in the form of a cheque, delivered within Calgary, AB or mailed to the winner should they live outside of the City of Calgary municipal limits.

6. The winner will be determined by a random draw utilizing an Alberta Gaming Liquor Commission (AGLC) registered Random Number Generator (RNG) used on the Raffle Box platform.

7. The winner will be contacted by phone and/or email. The winner has one (1) day to claim their prize. A second draw from the same numbers will occur after one (1) day if the prize goes unclaimed.

8. Draw results will appear under the "Winners" tab found on the main raffle page.

9. By playing you consent to having your name and winning numbers published.
