1.Players must be 19 years or older and physically located within British Columbia at the time of purchase. Valid payment methods include major credit cards, Visa Debit, or MasterCard Debit. All payment transactions, ticket processing, and prize distributions must take place strictly within BC. Orders cannot be accepted from or processed for individuals outside the province at the time of purchase. Non-residents of BC may participate, provided the entire payment transaction occurs while they are physically in the province, and a receipt with applicable proof of entry is issued at the time of purchase.

2. Tickets will be available online and sold at a rate of:

• 1 ticket for $10.00
• 3 tickets for $25.00
• 15 tickets for $100.00

3. Ticket sales will run from July 8, 2026 to Oct 1, 2026. The draw will take place on Oct 1 2026 at 6:30 pm at 4631 Clarence Taylor Crescent.

4. The winner will receive one Prize valued at $31,250.00.

5. A random draw will determine the winner utilizing a registered Electronic Raffle Supplier (ERS) Random Number Generator (RNG).

6. The registered Electronic Raffle Supplier (ERS) (Rafflebox) will email all ticket numbers to purchasers. No physical tickets will be mailed out for this draw.

7. The winner will be contacted by phone and email. The winner has 30 days to claim their prize; a second draw from the same numbers will occur after 30 days if the prize goes unclaimed.

9. Board members, staff and those listed as responsible for the conduct and management (officers responsible) of an event are not permitted to participate.

10. Draw results will appear under the "Winners" tab on the main raffle page.

11. By playing, you consent to having your name and winning numbers published.

12. Should a delay in draw occur on draw day, every effort will be made to make the draw as soon as possible. Should an alternate day need to be announced, after approval by BC gaming, all ticket purchasers will be notified via email.

13. Any complaints can be directed to the raffle administrators by emailing: info@heronhospice.org. Administrators will review the complaint and take action if necessary.
