House Rules – Harbourside Ribfest 50/50 Draw July 5, 2026.

1. Buyers must be individuals, 19 years or older, and residents of Nova Scotia. Credit cards used for payment must have a Nova Scotia address.

2. The 50/50 draw tickets will be sold online and in person and notice of winning will be announced both onsite, online and via social media at 6 pm on July 5, 2026.

3. It is the sole responsibility of the ticket buyer to ensure that they receive the correct number of tickets based on the successful financial transaction with the online 50/50

RaffleBox software.

4. Tickets will be available online and onsite and sold at a rate of: 1/$5, 3/$10, 20/$20, 100/$50

5. Ticket sales will end at 5:55 pm on Sunday, July 5, 2026 and the draw will take place at 6 pm on Sunday, July 5, 2026, on the grounds of Harbourside Ribfest, 2 Ochterloney St, Dartmouth, NS B2Y 4W1.

6. The Winner of the draw will receive a prize equal to half the total gross revenue.

7. The winner will be determined by online by RNG. The winner will be contacted by phone and email. If the winner has not claimed the prize within 90 days, a second draw from the same numbers will take place.

8. Draw results will be announced onsite at Ribfest and on the Harbourside Ribfest website and Facebook page.

9. By participating, the Winner consents to having their name and community published.

10. Rotarians, volunteers, and their family members are eligible to participate.

11. Members of participating Rotary clubs shall not be held liable for any monetary loss a player may incur as a result of playing the Harbourside Ribfest 50/50 Draw.
