- Pursuant to the regulations governing this lottery, tickets must be purchased within the province of Newfoundland and Labrador.
- We “Golf Newfoundland Labrador” reserve the right to publish names, addresses, and photographs of all the winners and/or ticket purchasers and retain the right to use such for all promotional purposes for an indefinite period. Golf Newfoundland Labrador does adhere to PIPEDA.
- All disputes will be settled by “Golf Newfoundland Labrador” and all decisions are final.
- Our " Golf Newfoundland Labrador” liability is limited to the purchase price of the ticket only, if for any reason a ticket stub is not included in the draw. Golf Newfoundland Labrador will make every reasonable effort to ensure that no tickets are excluded.
- Golf Newfoundland Labrador 50/50 Tickets are available to be purchased online only.
- These purchases have the following options available per ticket:
• Three (3) 50/50 chances for $10.00
• Ten (10) 50/50 chances for $25.00.
• Twenty-Five (25) 50/50 chances for $50.00.
• One Hundred (100) 50/50 chances for $100.00.
10. All ticket sales end 11:59 P.M on August 31, 2026. The physical prize draw will be 12:00 P.M on September 2 at Golf NL, 1296A Kenmount Road, Paradise, NL.
11. There is a limited number of 100,000 tickets available. If all tickets are sold at the highest ticket price of 100 tickets for $100.00, the total potential maximum ticket sales could be $100,000. The jackpot represents exactly half of the sales collected; therefore the jackpot could be up to $50,000.
