Draw Date and Time: Friday, October 24, 2025, at 10:30 PM

Location of Draw: Hellenic Event Centre, 1315 Prince of Wales Drive, Ottawa, Ontario

Prize: One (1) prize consisting of 50% of the total funds raised through ticket sales

1. Eligibility

• Participants must be 18 years of age or older at the time of purchase.

• Tickets must be purchased within the province of Ontario.

• Employees involved in the organizing of the event are not eligible to win.

2. How to Play

• Tickets will be sold online via https://www.rafflebox.ca/raffle/fsalfo from October 9, 2025 at 9:00am until 10:00pm EST on October 24, 2025.

• Ticket prices are as follows:

- 1 ticket for $10

- 3 tickets for $20

- 8 tickets for $50

- 20 tickets for $100

• Tickets must be purchased using a valid credit card, debit card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. A digital ticket will be emailed to the purchaser.

3. Prize Details

• One (1) winning ticket will be announced at 10:30 PM EST on Friday, October 24, 2025, at the Hellenic Event Centre.

• The prize is 50% of total ticket sales. The remaining 50% will support Family Services Ottawa’s community programs.

• The winner does not need to be present at the time of the draw.

4. Winner Notification and Prize Claim

• The winning number will be announced live at the event and posted on https://www.rafflebox.ca/raffle/fsalfo and https://familyservicesottawa.org/events/music-on-a-mission/ within 24 hours.

• If the winner is not at the event, they will be contacted by phone and/or email within 24 hours of the draw.

• The prize must be claimed within 6 months of the draw date. Unclaimed prizes will be handled in accordance with AGCO guidelines.

• The winner must provide valid government-issued ID and proof of purchase to claim the prize.

• The prize will be paid by cheque or e-transfer to the winner upon verification.

5. General Conditions

• All ticket sales are final. No refunds will be issued.

• The draw will be conducted using a certified random number generator provided by AGCO approved, Rafflebox.

• Family Services Ottawa reserves the right to cancel or modify the raffle if necessary and with AGCO approval.

• By purchasing a ticket, participants consent to the use of their name and likeness for promotional purposes related to the draw.
