The Folk Festival Society of Calgary is a not-for-profit and registered charitable organization founded in 1980 that enriches the lives of our diverse community by bringing people together in the celebration of music, providing opportunities for artists to reach new audiences and elevating the role of arts and culture in our city. The organization is powered by 2000 volunteers, governed by 13 volunteer Board of Directors and a staff team of 13 oversees all operations.

Funds raised by this raffle will support music and cultural events presented by Folk Festival Society of Calgary, including the Calgary Folk Music Festival in July, Block Heater in February and year-round concerts taking place at our own venue - Festival Hall - as well as partner venues across Calgary.
