We as a Recruit class 159 for Edmonton Fire Rescue Services are raising money for the Edmonton Firefighter Memorial Charity. Firefighter Memorial is a non-profit charity that solely dedicates their time and energy to remembering our fallen heroes in the fire service. These fallen members have made the ultimate sacrifice and we are proud to show our respect and appreciation for these members. The charity upkeeps the memorial plaza in our city where our fallen members' names are posted.

The money received from this 50/50 will mainly go towards the ongoing maintenance, repairs and operation of the Edmonton Firefighters Memorial Plaza and the annual Edmonton Firefighters Memorial event.
