Take Me Out to the Ball Game - LET’S GO BLUE JAYS RAFFLE

1. Players must be 18 years or older, and in the province of Ontario at the time of purchase.
2. There will be a total of three (3) draws, June 10th, July 8th, and August 12th. The draws will take place on the draw dates listed above, at the following location:
   
   Online by Raffle Box
   Cumberland Lions Club
   2552 Old Montreal Road
   Cumberland, ON, K4C 1A4
   
   
3. Ticket sales start on April 1, 2026, at 9am and end on August 11, 2026, at 11:59 pm. 
4. Tickets remain valid (if not selected) for all draws remaining from the time of purchase.
   
   Draw 1: all tickets sold up to June 9, 2026 at 11:59 pm – Draw June 10, 2026 at 7:00 pm
   Draw 2: all tickets sold up to July 7, 2026 at 11:59 pm – Draw July 8, 2026 at 7:00 pm
   Draw 3: all tickets sold up to August 11, 2026 at 11:59 pm – Draw August 12 2026 at 7:00 pm
   
   
5. Tickets will only be available online and sold as follows:
   
   1 Ticket at $10.00
   5 Tickets at $20.00
   10 Tickets at $30.00
   25 Tickets at $40.00
   50 Tickets at $50.00
   
   
6. The winner, of each draw, will receive four (4) tickets to a Toronto Blue Jay’s home game and $1,000 spending for travel, accommodation, food, etc.. Total value of each prize bundle is between $1,400 and $1,700, depending on the prize won.
7. All ticket numbers will be emailed to ticket purchasers by the registered Electronic Raffle Supplier (ERS) (Rafflebox). A physical ticket will not be mailed out for this draw.
8. The winner will be determined by a random draw using a registered Electronic Raffle Supplier (ERS) Random Number Generator (RNG).
9. The winner will be contacted by phone and email. Winners have 14 days to claim their prize. Any prizes which are not claimed must be secured or placed in safekeeping for a period of six (6) months from the date of the draw. if at the end of six (6) months the prize has still not been claimed, the prize or monies equivalent to the fair market value of the prize will be donated to a beneficiary approved by the incensing authority. 
10. The following individuals are not eligible to participate in the 50/50 draws:
    
    - Anyone under the age of 18
    - Any member of the Board of Directors for the Cumberland Lions Club
    - Purchasers not in the province of Ontario at time of purchase
    
    
11. By playing, you consent to having your name and winning number published on the ERS site and on the Cumberland Lions Club web site, for a period of 6 months.
