RAFFLE RULES OF PLAY

1. Eligibility
Players must be 18 years of age or older and located within the Province of Ontario at the time
of purchase.
Employees, Board Members, and bona fide members involved in the conduct and management
of the raffle are not eligible to win.
2. Ticket Sales
Tickets will be available for purchase online through the official raffle website operated using the
electronic raffle system (ERS) Rafflebox.
Ticket sales will begin on June 19, 2026.
Ticket sales for the Early Bird Draws will close at 7:45 PM on the applicable draw date.
Ticket sales for the $5,000 Festival Draw will close at 3:30 PM on September 27, 2026.
All tickets will be generated, distributed, and managed electronically through the ERS Rafflebox
platform. Tickets will be delivered electronically to the purchaser via email.
By purchasing a ticket, participants consent to receive email communications and newsletters
from Cultivate Community. Participants may unsubscribe from email communications at any
time using the unsubscribe link provided in those communications. Email communications may
also be used to contact prize winners.
3. Ticket Pricing
Tickets will be sold at the following rates:
● 5 Tickets for $10
● 20 Tickets for $20
● 75 Tickets for $50
● 250 Tickets for $100
Each ticket represents one (1) entry into the raffle.

Prize: $250 Cash Prize + Cultivate Festival All Access Package for Two (2)

Grand Prize Draw
Date: Sunday, September 27, 2026
Time: 3:45 PM
Prize: $5,000 Cash Prize
Announcement Location: Cultivate Festival at Haute Goat Farm, Port Hope, Ontario
(1166 5th Line, Newtonville, Ontario)
5. Entry Eligibility
Tickets purchased prior to 7:30 PM on July 2, 2026 are eligible for Early Bird Draw #1 and the
Grand Prize Draw.
Tickets purchased prior to 7:30 PM on August 27, 2026 are eligible for Early Bird Draw #2 and
the Grand Prize Draw.
Tickets purchased prior to 3:30 PM on September 27, 2026 are eligible for the Grand Prize
Draw.
Early Bird Draw winners remain eligible for all future draws, including the Grand Prize Draw.
6. Draw Process
Winning tickets will be selected using the certified random number generator (RNG) software
provided through the ERS Rafflebox platform.
Draws will be announced live on stage and may be recorded for transparency purposes.
Video recordings of draws may be shared publicly through Cultivate Community communication
channels, including newsletters and social media.
7. Winner Notification
Winners do not need to be present to win.
Winners will be notified by email and/or telephone using the contact information provided at the
time of purchase.
Winners may also be announced publicly through Cultivate Community communication
channels.
8. Prize Conditions
Cash prizes will be paid in Canadian dollars by cheque or electronic transfer.
All prizes must be accepted as awarded and are non-transferable.
The Cultivate Festival All Access Package for Two (2) has no cash value and may not be
exchanged or transferred.
9. Promotional Use
By purchasing a ticket, participants agree to allow Cultivate Community to use their name,
photograph, and likeness without compensation for promotional purposes related to this raffle.
10. Unclaimed Prizes
The winning ticket holder has six (6) months from the date of the draw to claim their prize.
Cultivate Community will make every reasonable effort to contact prize winners, including
attempts by email and telephone using the information provided at the time of purchase.
Records of all contact attempts will be retained.
Unclaimed prizes will be held in trust by Cultivate Community for a period of not less than six (6)
months from the date the prize was awarded.
Following this period, any unclaimed prize funds will be distributed in accordance with AGCO
regulations and with the approval of the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO).
11. General
By purchasing a ticket, participants agree to abide by these Rules of Play and all applicable
AGCO regulations.
Cultivate Community reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the raffle, subject to
AGCO approval.
All decisions of Cultivate Community related to the raffle are final.
