• The hand-held option to purchase tickets will be available on site at Chatham-Kent Crowfest event: September 16 – 19, 2026
• Tickets can be purchased online between July 2nd - Sept 19, 2026
• All tickets will only be sold to people who are 18 years of age or older.
• All tickets will be completed with the name of the person buying the ticket.
• Ticket purchasers must be in the province of Ontario at the time of purchase and credit cards used for payment must have an Ontario address.
• Tickets prices are:
• 10 tickets for $10
• 40 tickets for $20
• 150 tickets for $50
• 500 tickets for $100
• Tickets will be sold using an electronic raffle system supplied by Rafflebox.
• The 50/50 final draw will take place on Sept 19, 2026, by Epilepsy London & Area (O/A Epilepsy Southwestern Ontario) at Busk After Dark Event location - Crowfest Main Stage on 5th Street at 10:00pm.
• Ticket purchases must be made no later than 9:45pm on Sept 19, 2026, to be eligible for the 50/50 draw.
• After purchasing, patrons will be given a receipt with their 50/50 registered numbers from a Random Number Issuing System. No specific numbers can be given as numbers are generated randomly.
• The winning ticket number will be selected by a Random Number Generator (RNG) system from all raffle numbers sold for the draw.
• The amount of the 50/50 will be monitored on website and will be 50% of the total net sales during the time of the draw.
• The winning number will be shared on Epilepsy London & Area (O/A Epilepsy Southwestern Ontario) website and social media channels. The winner will also be contacted directly by a representative from Epilepsy London & Area (O/A Epilepsy Southwestern Ontario) by phone and/or email.
• The ticket holder and Epilepsy London & Area (O/A Epilepsy Southwestern Ontario) staff member will meet at an agreed upon time for ticket verification. The winner will then be awarded the prize amount by cheque. Winners must have the original winning ticket and no copies. All payments will be made by cheque.
• The winning ticket holder has 6 months in which to claim their prize from the date of the draw their ticket was purchased for. If no winner comes forward after 6 months, the prize will be donated to a beneficiary approved by the licensing authority.
• The winner must provide photo identification and verify their phone number and address to claim their prize.
• Once the certified winner is verified, and provides identification with photo ID, they will be given a cheque in the amount of the declared prize which is, at minimum, 50% of the net sales for the draw. If the winner cannot provide photo ID, then the winning proceeds will be held until such identification can be provided.
• Purchaser’s name may be made public if they win.
• The following individuals are not eligible to participate in the 50/50 draw: paid staff of Epilepsy London & Area (O/A Epilepsy Southwestern Ontario).
• The above set of rules will be posted for the raffle on the www.epilepsyswo.ca under Rules of Play.
• By purchasing a ticket, the purchaser agrees to allow ESWO and/or Chatham-Kent Crowfest Committee to use the purchaser’s name and image without compensation for any promotional activity related to this or any future raffle.
