Rules:

Rule of Play 50/50 Raffle up to $5000

1. The Columbia School SCC 50/50 Playground Raffle Fundraiser is open to the public and subject to provincial laws and regulations.

2. You must be 19+ to purchase a ticket

3. The 50/50 tickets will be sold online using Rafflebox

4. You must purchase a 50/50 ticket to win

5. The ticket sales will begin June 1, 2026

6. Ticket prices are - 1 for $5, 3 for $10, 10 for $20, 50 for $50

7. All participants have their name and phone number recorded online

8. The draw will be conducted using RNG on the Rafflebox platform a registered ERS. If the draw cannot take place, the draw will be held as soon as possible, with approval from SLGA. This is only if an unforeseen circumstance should happen.

9. Winners will be paid by cheque to the exact name recorded online. Payment will be issued within two weeks following the draw date.

10. Winnings can be picked up at Columbia School. 119 Bradbrooke Dr. Yorkton, SK. Photo ID will be required.

11. Winners will be contacted using the information they provided at the time they purchased the ticket

12. Any unclaimed prizes will be held in a secure location for the period of one year. If unclaimed in that year, the prize will be donated to an approved SLGA charitable beneficiary.

13. Total prize value for the draw cannot exceed $5000.00

14. By purchasing a ticket you approve of having your name, number, and jackpot prize published.

15. Please keep your receipt, in the event of a disagreement in the draw precedence will be given to the original receipt issued.

16. No refunds.

17. Proceeds will be used towards new playground equipment at Columbia School in Yorkton, SK

18. Columbia School SCC members are allowed to purchase tickets as well as people involved in the conduct and management of the raffle.

19. Final draw date will be June 24th at 1200PM.

20. Ticket sales will not extend over $5000.00, prize amount will be 50% of ticket sales. Maximum prize amount of $2500.00.
