41st Vancouver International Jazz Festival

For 41 years, Coastal Jazz has been building community through live music.

We believe music transcends economic barriers, and we’re committed to making the arts accessible to all. From the stages of the Vancouver International Jazz Festival to year-round programming, we bring this vision to life through artistic exchanges, partnerships, educational initiatives, community programs, and collaborations.

Money raised through our 50/50 fundraiser goes toward keeping Vancouver's arts scene free, accessible, and inclusive. Your support helps Coastal Jazz keep over 30% of our shows free to the public.

Last year's raffle pot reached $26,150, raising over $13,000 for Coastal Jazz and the live music that brings this community together.

The more tickets sold, the bigger the win.

Raffle tickets are available for purchase starting May 1, but tickets can sell out. Don't delay.

Raffle Rules of Play

I. TICKET DETAILS

A. Purchase Price of Ticket(s)

3 for $10.00, 10 for $20.00, 50 for $50.00, 200 for $100.00

B. Maximum tickets being made available for sale will be 238,000

C. The date(s), time(s), and location of the draw(s) will be

Winner may take a maximum amount of $117,500.

II. METHOD

Only 1 draw where the winner will receive 50% of ticket sales raised during the ticket sales period. The winner will be determined by a random draw utilizing the GPEB registered Electronic Raffle Supplier (ERS) Random Number Generator (RNG). The winner shall be announced to all participants via electronic notification.

III. ELIMINATION OF WINNERS

There's only one draw to be conducted, no subsequent draws after that.

IV. AGE LIMIT

Must be 19 or older to participate.

V. CONDITIONS & ELIGIBILITY

Participants must be located within the province of British Columbia.

The following individuals are not eligible to participate in the raffle:

All employees of the organization associated with the management and execution of the raffle.

VI. ANY OTHER RESTRICTIONS TO THE WINNING PRIZE

The organization is not responsible for difficulties arising in contacting the winner due to the winner entering erroneous contact information at the time of purchase. Winners are not required to be present at the draw location.

VII. CONDITIONS FOR UNCLAIMED PRIZES

Winners have 12 months to claim the prize. Unclaimed prizes will be donated to the foundation approved by GPEB.

VIII. PURCHASING TICKETS

Tickets can only be purchased online.

IX. COMPLAINTS

Any complaints can be directed to the raffle administrators by emailing: zac@coastaljazz.ca. Administrators will review the complaint and take action if necessary.

X. DELAY IN DRAW

Should a delay occur in the draw time on draw day, every effort will be made to make the draw as soon as possible. Should an alternate day need to be announced, after approval by BC Gaming, all ticket purchasers will be notified via email.
