The C.L.B. is a historic youth organization that has been inspiring and nurturing young people since 1892. Our mission is to foster personal growth, leadership, and camaraderie among our members while instilling important values such as discipline, teamwork, and respect for others. Our organization is divided into five age groups, providing a tailored experience for each member. From the Little Training Corps (LTC) for the youngest participants to our Officers program for adults, the C.L.B. offers a supportive and engaging environment for personal development.

With a rich history spanning over a century, the C.L.B. has become an integral part of our community. Our youth members participate in various activities; including sports, crafts, outings, and camp, while learning valuable life skills that will benefit them in their future endeavors. As a completely volunteer-driven organization, we are proud of our dedicated adult leaders who work tirelessly to guide and mentor our youth members.

Proceeds from this 50/50 will be used by the C.L.B. in the following areas; Support our Camping Program, Enhance Leadership Training and Development, Musical Instruction, Building our Youth Leaders of Tomorrow, Enhancing Life Skills and the C.L.B. Regimental Band.

1. Lottery prize is 50% of the published total jackpot amount and will be paid by cheque to the winner.

2. Lottery prize must be accepted as offered and as presented, there are no substitutes.

3. Purchasers must be at least 19 years of age. Tickets cannot be purchased in the name of a minor. Tickets must be purchased within the province of Newfoundland and Labrador.

4. Pursuant to the regulations governing this lottery under authority Department of Digital Government and Service NL, tickets must be purchased within the Province of Newfoundland and Labrador.

5. The C.L.B. of St. John’s reserves the right to publish names, hometown, and / or photographs of the winner and or ticket purchasers and retain the right to use such for any, and all promotional purposes for an indefinite period.

6. All disputes will be settled by The C.L.B. of St. John’s, all decisions are final.

7.“The C.L.B.’s ” liability is limited to the purchase price of the ticket only, if for any reason the ticket stub is not included in the draw. The C.L.B. of St. John’s will make every reasonable effort to ensure that no tickets are excluded.

8. The winner will be contacted by phone and email. The winner has 60 days to claim their prize, a second draw from the same numbers will occur after 60 days if the prize goes unclaimed.

9. Tickets packages are available at the following rates:

1 ticket for $10

3 tickets for $20

10 tickets for $50

10. Ticket Sales will begin at 6:00 am. Thursday, November 20, 2025 and conclude at 11:59:59 PM on Friday, February 13, 2026.

11. Draw will take place Saturday, February 14, 2026 12:00 p.m.at the C.L.B. Armoury.

12. 80,000 total tickets available. All ticket numbers will be emailed to ticket purchasers by the registered Electronic Raffle Supplier (ERS) (Raffle Box). A physical ticket will not be mailed out. A hard copy ticket is available to those who request one by emailing info@theclb.ca and it will be provided in a timely manner.
