The Cambridge and District Humane Society promotes and ensures the health, safety and humane treatment of animals through public education and the provision of care and shelterfor those animals in need within our community.
We Believe
Animals are a natural part of our environment. No animal should suffer. All animals deserve our respect and compassion. All animals should have appropriate shelter/protection. Animal ownership is a privilege. Financial support is incredibly important to our Shelter as we rely solely on public donations and fundraising events for sustainable funds to ensure the health, safety and humane treatment of animals through public education and the provision of care and shelter for thoseanimals in need within our community.
Funds from our 50-50 monthly Raffles will allow be used for the animals in our care, sowe can meet their needs when they arrive for necessary veterinary expenses and ShelterPrograms and Services.
