1. The Raffle is open to all persons who are located in the Province of Alberta when purchasing tickets online. Ticket purchasers must be 18 years of age or older.
2. Tickets will be available online and sold at a rate of:
1 for $ 10
4 for $ 20
20 for $50
100 for $100
3. Refunds are only available where the draw date is amended (for reasons other than those described in section 8 below) or the draw is cancelled.
4. Draw is Sunday, April 5, 2026, 11:59 pm.
5. The winner will receive 50% of ticket sales. The prize will be awarded to the winner via cheque.
6. All ticket numbers will be emailed to ticket purchasers by the registered Electronic Raffle Supplier (ERS) (Rafflebox).
7. The winner will be determined by a random draw utilizing an Alberta Gaming Liquor Commission (AGLC) registered Electronic Raffle Supplier (ERS) Random Number Generator (RNG) at 126 Tusslewood Terrace NW, Calgary, AB (CSHA Office). In the event that there is a power failure which impacts the draw being held at the time anticipated in section 5 above, the draw will take place as soon as possible once power is restored.
8. The winner will be contacted by phone and email. The winner has 90 days to claim their prize. A second draw from the same numbers will occur after 90 days if the prize goes unclaimed, and a new winner will be selected and notified.
9. In the event of any dispute as to ownership of a winning ticket, the prize will be awarded to the owner of the credit card used to purchase it. Neither the Related Entities nor the AGLC are responsible for any disputes among individuals purporting to be the proper owner of the winning ticket.
10. Draw results will appear under the "Winners" tab found on the main raffle page.
11. By playing you consent to having your name and winning numbers published. You also agree that the Related Entities and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives, shareholders, committee members, consultants and agents will have no liability whatsoever for, and shall be held harmless by entrants against, any liability for injuries, losses, costs, expenses, or damages of any kind, including damages for death, personal injury, or property damage.
